the situation for people who need organ donations in germany is very dire. fewer and fewer organs are donated each year. germany is one of the VERY FEW countries in europe that don't have the presumed consent rule (not yet!), which is why so little organs are donated each year. this group aims to change the legislation through a constitutional complaint to implement the presumed consent rule. this would bring up the percentage of donations drastically and change the lives of many sick and chronically ill people. pls REBLOG or DONATE, it would mean the world to them!
