4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
James 4:4
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
1 John 2:15-17 KJV
They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
John 17:16-17 KJV

Isaiah 19:1-4 is, in its original context, a prophecy concerning ancient Egypt. However, to me, it also illustrates a pattern that could apply to nations that turn from God. The descriptions of internal division, spiritual confusion, idolatry, and a fierce ruler remind me of America today. In my personal interpretation, America resembles Egypt in this passage, and Trump resembles the fierce king.
I also believe the "fierce king" of Isaiah 19:4 corresponds to the "king of fierce countenance" in Daniel 8:23 and foreshadows the end-times Antichrist. I recognize that this is my interpretation and not the explicit historical meaning of Isaiah 19. I also recognize that other Christians interpret these passages differently.

#OnlyJesusSaves #ReadYourBible #TestEverything #John541 #John544 #Luke1411 #KingdomOfGod #JesusChrist #TrumpIsTheAntiChrist #BoastfulLittleHorn #TrumpIsTheFalseChrist - Seeking the Honor That Comes from God - President Donald Trump recently said: "The new numbers just came out. You know who the number 1 person in TikTok is by far? Trump. Me. I'm number 1. Like, Taylor Swift was number 11, I'm number 1 in TikTok by far." That statement has sparked discussion about popularity, recognition, and influence. Throughout history, rulers, celebrities, and public figures have often celebrated their achievements and sought the praise of others. Yet the Bible consistently teaches that earthly recognition is temporary, while the glory that comes from God is eternal.
Jesus Christ said: "I receive not honour from men." (John 5:41, KJV)
Christ did not measure His ministry by popularity, applause, or rankings. He came to do the will of His Father, not to seek the approval of crowds. Even though He performed mighty works, many rejected Him because they loved human approval more than the truth.
Jesus continued: "How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?"
(John 5:44, KJV)
These words challenge every generation. They remind believers to examine their own hearts. Are we seeking the praise of people, or are we seeking the approval of God? Do we measure success by followers, influence, wealth, political power, or fame? Or do we measure it by faithfulness to Christ?
Jesus also taught: "For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted."
(Luke 14:11, KJV)
The kingdom of God operates differently from the kingdoms of this world. Earthly kingdoms celebrate self-promotion, but Christ calls His followers to humility, repentance, service, and love. He washed His disciples' feet, welcomed the lowly, and ultimately humbled Himself by dying on the cross for sinners.
The Scriptures repeatedly warn that human glory fades.
"Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names. Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish."
(Psalm 49:11-12, KJV)
Buildings, monuments, brands, wealth, titles, rankings, and public recognition will all pass away. Every person will one day stand before God. Only what is done in faithfulness to Christ has eternal value.
Christians are therefore called to test every leader, every movement, and every message by the Word of God rather than by popularity or influence.
In my view, these passages remind believers not to place their hope in famous personalities, political movements, or worldly acclaim. Instead, they point us to Jesus Christ, who alone is worthy of our faith, worship, and allegiance.
The Gospel is not about becoming number one in the eyes of the world. It is about following the One who humbled Himself, died for our sins, rose again, and offers eternal life to all who trust in Him.

#OnlyJesusSaves #TrumpIsTheAntiChrist #TrumpIsTheFalseChrist Earthly Glory Fades, but Christ Remains --- Reports that President Donald Trump wants his signature to appear on the $100 bill have prompted many people to discuss legacy, recognition, and the desire for one's name to endure. Whether on buildings, brands, or public symbols, history shows that human beings often seek lasting honor. Psalm 49 warns against placing confidence in earthly fame: "Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names. Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish." Psalm 49:11-12 (KJV)
The psalm reminds us that wealth, status, and human glory are temporary. Every person dies, and earthly achievements cannot provide eternal life.
Jesus gave a similar warning: "I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive."
John 5:43 (KJV)
Throughout John 5:30-47, Jesus explains that He did not seek His own glory but the glory of the Father who sent Him. He rebuked those who searched the Scriptures yet refused to come to Him for life. He also warned about receiving "another" who comes in his own name while rejecting the One sent by the Father.
Christians are called to examine every leader and every movement by Scripture, remembering that salvation and eternal hope are found in Jesus Christ alone.
In my view, these passages warn believers not to place their hope in famous names, political figures, or earthly power, but in Jesus Christ alone.

Description
A first-of-its-kind monument that could become one of the largest bronze sculptures in the western United States is under construction in Utah.
TRANSCRIPT
A new monument is under construction right here in the beehive state. Now, this first of a kind is possibly the largest in the western United States. >> Yeah, in a story you'll only see right here on KSL News specialist Aaron Cox spoke to the sculptor there about his vision for the project. >> Among the sculptures lining his house, you'll find the sculptor himself touching up a model. >> It's based upon geometric solids and how they move in and out of space. >> Sabin Howard at 62 years old >> It took 42 years to get here. >> is in his prime. >> only developing your skills, you're also developing your ability to tell a story through like visual narrative. >> And the story he's telling >> What I'm basically doing is I'm manifesting a universe. >> has never been told like this before. >> I don't think there's another place in the country that could manage a sculpture of this magnitude or meaning except Utah. >> Sabin is sculpting a 60-ft long, 36-ft tall bronze monument depicting America's history called the Grand Liberty Arch. >> It's a superhero's version of American history. >> The front depicting the birth of America, the Revolutionary War and Declaration of Independence. Walking through the arch, you'll see the Declaration of Independence and Constitution on the walls and an eternal flame. On the other side, westward expansion and the 20th century from World War I to space exploration. On the two ends, emancipation and the Civil War. A common symbol used in each relief, Lady Liberty. >> Lady Liberty cuz she that Liberty is is here, it's a symbol. There's another man up there who holds a shield cuz we must protect our freedom. >> There are 56 figurines, some will be 12-ft tall. One model holding the American flag is a veteran from Texas. Sabin says the veteran fought in two wars and just before coming back from Afghanistan, he stepped on an explosive and his leg was blown off. >> He has a tremendous amount of strength and courage. He's still going forward. So, we've been wounded, we've been injured, yet we still have the courage to proceed forward. >> The detail in expression, action, and symbolism. >> go look at a monument like that, that they're hit in the gut in a very visceral alchemical way. >> When he [music] was 19 years old, Sabin says he couldn't even draw. And yet, he determined to try. >> I'm going to [music] make art like Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Raphael. >> More than 75,000 hours of sculpting, 40 or so years later, Sabin was commissioned to build the nation's World War I memorial in Washington, D.C. with 38 figures. Just to give you some perspective, Sabin says when he built this World War I monument model, it took him 6 months. This is going to be a larger monument, and it only took him 3 weeks. >> I operate with the assumption that someone has my back, and Christ and God and light and truth are what drive things forward. You cannot accomplish things of such magnitude if you do not have faith in something larger than yourself. >> Sabin's faith brought him to Utah. >> I was told, "Go make a monument for your country. Go make a monument to represent who we are and what our history is." Cuz there is no human commissioner here. It's my maker. >> His $55 million monument has been approved by the Capital Preservation Board and Governor Cox for a plot of land just above the Capitol Building. Sabin says he'll work with three or four other sculptors, two from Utah. >> This will show the world what's going on in Utah. >> Among the sculpting clay at his house, >> Nothing like this has ever happened, ever. >> he finds the creator sculpting an artist. >> God will show me how am I going to pull it off? One step at a time. >> Aaron Cox, KSL 5 News. >> Wow, what an incredible project there. Well, Howard has a 6-ft model of the monument that will be on display Independence Day weekend there in the capital rotunda you can go check out. He is still looking for a donor but continues moving forward. Howard plans to have the monument complete just in time for Utah to host the Winter Olympics in 2034.

Revelation 18:4 (KJV):
"And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues."
Many Christians understand this as a call for God's people to separate themselves from the sins and corrupt systems symbolized by "Babylon," so they do not share in its judgment. Interpretations differ on the precise identity of "Babylon," but the verse is widely understood as a call to faithfulness and holiness.
Related passages include:
2 Corinthians 6:17 (KJV): "Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord..."
1 John 2:15-17 - A warning not to love the world or its sinful desires.
Romans 12:2 - "Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind."
These passages all encourage believers to remain faithful to God rather than conforming to sinful patterns.

This proposed Grand Liberty Arch reminds me of the Arch of Titus in Rome, a triumphal arch celebrating the Roman conquest of Jerusalem. It also reminds me of Donald Trump's proposed triumphal arch in Washington, D.C., which was presented as a monument celebrating the nation and his presidency. To me, these recurring themes of triumphal arches, monumental architecture, and political glory reflect the spirit of human empire rather than the kingdom of Christ.
In my interpretation of biblical prophecy, Daniel 11:38 speaks of honoring the "god of fortresses" (KJV). Throughout history, empires have built arches, monuments, and symbols of military victory and national greatness. Jesus pointed His followers in a different direction, saying, "My kingdom is not of this world" (John 18:36). He did not call His disciples to place their hope in monuments, empires, or political leaders, but in Himself.
Christians are called to "test everything" (1 Thessalonians 5:21), "test the spirits" (1 John 4:1), and remember, "Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help" (Psalm 146:3, KJV). Whether it is ancient Rome, a proposed triumphal arch in Washington, or a new Grand Liberty Arch in Utah, our ultimate allegiance belongs to Jesus Christ alone, whose kingdom is eternal.

The Real Reason Trump Lies
Posted Jul 5 2026
Bible Prophecy with Brother Paul YouTube Channel
Description
Have you ever wondered if Donald Trump believes what Donald Trump says? Specifically, does he think that what he says is really true? Or is he deliberately lying to people on a daily basis? I would propose that neither one of those two things are actually correct, at least in his mind. That he does not truly believe what he says is true, but he is also not deliberately lying to people. Rather, he is attempting to manifest into reality a future where all the things he said today eventually come to pass. Here is what I mean.
This is Norman Vincent Peele, a man who most of us probably already know. He wrote the bestseller The Power of Positive Thinking, which was published back in 1952. Peele wrote about a world that was more mental than physical, one that could be controlled by our thoughts. Specifically, Peele talked about what he called a form of mental activity called imaging. It consists of vividly picturing in your conscious mind a desired goal or objective and holding that image until it sinks into your unconscious mind where it releases great untapped energies. Peele also claimed to be a Christian minister and yet said this about God. "Who is God? Some theological being? He is so much greater than theology. God is vitality. God is life. God is energy. As you breathe God in, as you visualize his energy, you will be re-energized." He also said this on Phil Donahue. "It's not necessary to be born again. You have your way to God. I have mine. I found eternal peace in a Shinto shrine. I've been to Shinto shrines and God is everywhere. Christ is one of the ways. God is everywhere."
As should be obvious, the power of positive thinking not only had a great deal of influence on secular beliefs such as the law of attraction, but on publications such as The Secret, which claim to teach how to speak things into existence. Peele's teaching is also seen as a direct forerunner of the prosperity gospel movement, which emphasizes God's desire for his followers to be prosperous, especially financially, and that wealth is a sign of God's blessing. But not only did Norman Vincent Peele set the groundwork for the prosperity gospel, he was also a powerful influence on one Donald J. Trump. Listen to how Trump described going to church with his family when he was younger to hear Norman Vincent Peele preach.
