I’ve gained so much weight over the last few months due to being unemployed and a variety both health and mental health issues. I hate my body so much so I’ve decided to start starving myself again! Starting tomorrow I’m gonna to use this platform to document what I eat everyday and how much I exercise. Hopefully y’all can help keep me in check!
