Made this really rough animation about a year ago. It's about a cat who controls the weather nearest it, and a puppy who is apparently a cloud; idk why I made it that way, since the cat can FEEL it landing on its tail... the dog wants to cheer up the cat so it gets rid of the storm but then angers the cat by stepping on its tail.
