People don’t need big reasons to hold onto life, at times the fact that there are so many earrings I’ve not bought is a reason enough to keep me going. And I think that is the beauty of a human, you find hope in silly little things and you keep going even when your heart tells you to give up.

I’m genuinely curious - how do folks in UK have so much time. I kid you not - they literally spend hours and by hours I mean 9-10 hours with customer service reps for nothing really. I mean even if I don’t get my money back, the max I’ll try with a customer Service of any company is half an hour - beyond that neither do I have the time nor the bandwidth to deal with it. And these folks would come and be on chats for hours and hours because they can’t use a certain app or their stay fast guarantee is 700 and are getting only 650 over Wi-Fi. I understand if you are not getting something you are paying for, you are bound to have complaints and it’s your right. But really? Are you really that jobless????? And I’m not even speaking this as a worker. I really do find them pathetic - like you are really giving 10 hours or more of your life to customer service and you do not even have real problems. I cannot believe that at one point they were our colonisers because how dumb do we have to be to get colonised by bunch of shoddy, little beyond repair folks who are so pathetic they would spend half their life begging for a refund. And are folks in UK ever not frustrated? Unhappy? Every other line I’m very unhappy and frustrated - yes, Jonathan with the looks of it you are gonna unalive unhappy because if not being able to run speed test is making you unhappy - there is barely anywhere you can find happiness. Frustrated? For what? What frustration? Go earn money, honey if you stop living off credits and spending 1000 hours with customer service for a 10 GBP refund even when everything is working fine, maybe if you actually put any effort in not being poor maybe then you’d be less frustrated or like maybe go find a partner. I have three kids and they need Internet - their lives depend on it. No Susan, not playing PS5 is not going to be end of life. maybe Susan if you look after your kids and be a mother ?? They need to realise there is a life beyond Internet and the world is not ever so accommodating and forgiving. Seriously, I have never seen bunch more jobless, uneducated, Rowdy and pathetic as UK customers. You all really need to get a life or hobbies or find partners who would speak to you.

Dealing with UK customers I can never fathom how did they colonised almost the entire world because good lord they can’t use their brains at all.

I always thought love was kind, and it is getting tired and having someone to come to and rest. And maybe it is … maybe love is exactly that but it will never be that for me. For love to me has been cruel and maybe it is my own fault. But I am so tired and I work everyday and I get so exhausted and on record I have a boyfriend I have been with for past 4 years but I can seldom rest near him. And I know I should leave and go out plenty of fish in the sea and all of it but I’m honestly so tired.

I understand Annalise Keating is a horrible human being but so are all the “kids” and it is so annoying when they act like bunch of entitled morons. They act like saints as if they are not unaliving people left and right.

I am customer service rep for a huge international enterprise. I handle customers based in North America. I take around 50-55 calls a day. I have been working here for a long time and each day every call I take has snarky little racist comments about Asians being dumb, having funny accents … you know how it goes. Irony? It comes from Asians themselves and people who have been a victim of racism throughout history. There are 1-2 exceptions but there is always this “your accent is so weird, can I talk to someone in US.” I try not taking it personally because that’s how they have been raised, it’s more about their upbringing than my accent. But today I got a call, from John. John had some trouble with his product and wanted to return it and I did my usual work. He had some questions and I was trying to explain everything to him and I knew he was not able to understand my accent but he was so sweet about it. I literally was in tears by the end of the call because no body has been so kind to me on call, he was the first person who did not pass a racist comment or abused my ethnicity, he did not even mention it. He was so polite, he would say okay and then ask the question in a different manner so I won’t feel bad. He said, honey you have been very helpful I wish the creators of the world bless you and your family. I know John will probably never read this but 2 years in this industry he was the first American who was not racist and abused my ethnicity. He was the first person who did not make an extra effort to prove he is superior because he belongs to a certain country. Thank you, John I hope you stay healthy and have a lovely life.
