I grew up in a town next to a military base and in high school recruiters would pull individual students out of classes for literal hours to try and convince and or guilt them into joining!! When they pulled me out of class to talk to them they kept me for a full hour trying to convince me to “use my skills to better america” even after learning in the first 30 seconds that my skills and interests were in the arts. They pivoted for the next 55 or so minutes trying to angle for “getting myself an education” and even at one point after my consistent and adamant refusal said “So youre just going to burden your parents with your college debt like that?” I also remember them implying if i didnt get and education or join the military I would just be this huge burden to everyone. I cant imagine how they treated people who knew less or were uncertain about their futures. Theyre doing this to KIDS. Literal 15 and 16 year old kids.

Military recruiters are manipulative and predatory monsters (a reflection of the US Military itself!) and they need to get out of low income high schools.

One of the soul reasons why the government doesn’t want to lower the cost of college/ make free tuition. A majority of recruits join just so they can get education. And recruiters know that and it’s pretty gross.

This is a long post but this is important especially if you live somewhere where fireworks have been going off every night all of a sudden for weeks now.

if you been following this blog of mine for a while you know i’m NOT into conspiracy theories BUT this shit is fucking fishy as hell. this is NOT fucking normal and i truly believe this is a part of how police fight back against calls to defund and/or disband them. i’ve said for a while now (mostly on twitter) that ppl who want to abolish the police (i am one of them) need to get ready for war cause cops will fight us to the point of killing us to maintain their power. i absolutely believe they are believe this sudden and constant stream of fireworks happening across the country targeted in areas where there were massive marches calling to defund the police. this would be very easy to coordinate given all the communication tools we have today (whatapp, fb messenger, ig direct message, skype and etc) and like the last tweeter stated, given all the crap we know the police be involved in, giving away fireworks ain’t shit BUT if raises the number of complaints they don’t respond to, they can use that to make themselves look good. i mean check it…

that’s a hell of a fucking jump (for all the ppl who want to claim this is normal (stfu)) and they are not responding to those calls. why? they are behind it and then they can use this to say “see, y’all need us. don’t defund us.” 

i won’t repeat what’s already in the tweets but yea, i am 100% this is warfare by the police against calls to hold them accountable and to defund them BUT we can’t back down. the mere fact they are doing this proves they are scared and we are right.

One of the biggest power moves I have here in the midwest when someone is being racist, sexist, homophobic is that I tell them that I’ll pray for them so that god can grace them with empathy, or that “I feel sorry the devil has made his home in your heart” cause you have not felt joy until you’ve flipped the script on a suburban house mom or an old racist white man.  The joy of watching their face in shock and confusion while they’re called out in Christian Standards the same way they try to cover for their homophobia is amazing.  100% suggest it, at the very least it gets them to shut the fuck up.
