I’m having the same feelings I always do about birthdays and that’s that everyone always makes a big deal about it and I start to go oh maybe we do celebrate this year then they let me down and I just gotta handle the let down and rejection I feel alone bc it’s immature and rude to call people out on it

It happened last year when I turned 30 and everyone said we would do something and then we did NOTHING and I spent the day working and then alone.

I already expect to do nothing and I would rather be okay not expecting anything than get my hopes up to be let down 🙃

How do I get better sleep when the horrors persist?

I haven’t been feeling well mainly exhaustion + stress and poverty induced disordered eating + probably a small degree of dehydration

I have an appointment on Friday that I’m no longer excited about… That I was very excited last week 🥴

Also it’s my dead brothers birthday on Friday and I’ll have to go see my mom and sister for their emotional wellbeing + call my dad and check on him.

i (type 1 diabetic) was explaining autoimmune diseases to someone and she was like ohh right so yours is the good kind of diabetes where you didn't do it to yourself. to which i objected that's not how type 2 works either. and she said well that's the fat old people disease. and i was like you can't say that, a) not how it works and b) extremely rude. and her defense was her grandparents have type 2 and "did it to themselves" and since they're fat old people she reserves the right to hate on them. i understand hating shitty grandparents but YOU are the shitty one here to hate on them for their medical conditions and weight rather than literally anything else. hello?!

anyway type 2 diabetics i'm sorry about the world. everyone* be kind to type 2s or else

I feel like part of the reason I’m having a hard time staying well is because I cannot for the life of me relax anywhere.

At my moms I literally got told the reason I was vomiting was because I was angry. I had absolute reason to be emotional after the news I got and had been feeling icky before I got said news 🥴

At work some mangers have been tasking me with things that don’t really make sense “fill this display! Make it look cohesive!!! We don’t have any more of this product in the back though” 😖

I feel like I’m just in the way at home and I don’t feel comfortable at Ryan’s parents so pretty much just on ❗️❗️❗️mode no matter where I am 🤩
