Spam Musubi with Purple Sticky Rice.

Baked panko breaded kabocha rings. Dredge 1/4" slices in rice flour, egg wash, and panko. Spray w/ olive oil. Bake on parchment paper @ 350 for 25 minutes turning after 15.
