In Pokemon SW/SH after winning against Hop in the challenge, you go to your Hotel and get kinda "ambushed" by some reporters who start asking the player questions and afzer some of them Hop steps in and tells them to stop.

So could I maybe request some headcannons where Hop is protecting Champ!Reader on whom he has a crush on from annoying reporters/paparazzi and overly touchy fans?

Hop

It was very overwhelming. You just wanted to go to your room to relax from all the stress of the day but instead you're met with blinding flashes from cameras and rapid questions from reporters.

There's a hand grabbing your wrist and you're ready to panic but relax when you hear Hop's voice yelling, "Sorry got to go! No comment!" as he's dragging you out of that mess while quickly calling a Corvisquire Taxi.

You just sigh in relief as you ride in the taxi with Hop. He decided to go to the Wild Area as it's less likely to have a bunch of reporters show up considering all the wild Pokemon. You end up leaning against Hop in the ride, which he happily let's you.

"Thank you," you tell him when you get to a nice area in the Wild Area. Hop just gives you a bright smile as he moves to hold your hand. You let him as he runs his thumb across your knuckles. "I'll always be there to help you," he says and you smile brightly at him.
