Wise’s design is based of a mušḫuššu from Mesopotamian mythology, with early Wise being designed off of the hydra from Greek mythology.
The reason why I chose these two creatures is because of the constellation that WISE 0855 is found in.
That being the constellation Hydra also known as the Babylonian constellation Bašmu which is similar to in description to mušḫuššu.
He lost the other heads as he aged and cooled down, though he can conjure the figments of them when mad or as a show of strength. Their skulls are a reminder of what once was.
In my designs, all of Neptune's moons are merfolk.
Proteus is a leopard seal,
Hippocamp is a seahorse Hippocampy (self-explanatory)
Nereid is a humpback whale because of its eccentric orbit (Nereid has one of the most eccentric orbits of any known moon), the distance the moon travels (15 times farther from Neptune than the next closest known moon, Triton), and the moon's mass (Nereid also accounts for about 98% of the mass of Neptune's entire irregular satellite system altogether (excluding Triton), and as of my research about two-thirds the mass of all irregular moons combined, again ignoring Triton).
So I felt that one of the largest and furthest traveling migratory animals was fitting.

Proteus and Hippocamp are nearly in a 11:13 mean-motion resonance
There is a hypothesis that proposed that Hippocamp may have originated from debris ejected from Proteus by the cometary impact that formed its largest crater, Pharos. Making Hippocamp a third generation moon.
Also Proteus has a large impact crater named Pharos, which has a diameter around 250 km more than half the diameter of Proteus itself (400 kilometers). That's why I gave Proteus that scar on his face and also why I drew Proteus and Hippocamp together.
I try to incorporate the planet symbols and their numbers somewhere in all of my moon designs though specifically for the moons of Neptune i make it really prominent, in part to help me keep track of them when drawing, there are so many

In an alternate world, where celestial bodies take on the form of various creatures, one misguided throw of an asteroid makes things go horribly, horribly wrong. Earth's moon, Luna, is effectively dead, his face gone and leaving only his dark side to control the body. But this wouldn't be the end of Luna's tale. The life they swore to protect returned the favor in an odd way...
22 years later, a human by the name of Luna Tierra would be chosen by ROTSAR to uncover the mysteries of why the Solar System has become strangely normal. But in this small snippet of Luna's mission, he meets someone who is strangely familiar to him. None other than the largest moon of Saturn, Titan.

Jupiter is based of a harpy eagle and Saturn of a Peafoul
With Saturn, I tried my best to accurately represent his rings without going insane. ( tried being the operative word) With the B, A, F, and E rings shown. I also wanted to include both Giants Arora, making them like crowns atop their heads.
This is a redraw of the scene where Neptune first introduces Pluto to Uranus. (that I did for the SolarBalls discord Art Clash)
I wanted to mess with scale and reflections, having Pluto be reflected in Uranus' eyes and beak, and light from the ice giant onto Pluto. For my designs, I made Uranus an osprey and Pluto a maned wolf.
I had a lot of fun working on this and Art Clash as a whole.
