This is why am a hard time getting into the Harley Quinn show. I get she’s going to be the center of the universe because it’s her show and because everything is told from her point everything is going to look a certain way.

But there’s a whole universe about Batman that Harley does not see and as a result neither does the audience.

Also it’s a bold face lie to say Batman has problem expressing emotion. That motherfucker’s lives his emotions 247 even when is not safe to. An hes always go way harder than he has any business to constantly trying to look out for everyone be they hero civilian villain or other.

This is one of the reasons people like Batman so much. When Batman has lives to save there is no agenda., there’s no debate and it’s not up for discussion.

I’m not even gonna hear the rich boy arguments because he is constantly putting every Wayne foundation dime he has into helping the city, ESPECIALLY THE POORER PARTS.

Hes not the best hero, hes not a saint and he sure as hell aint perfect. But this no power having motherfucker goes out every night and repeatedly takes ass weepings for total strangers knowing that one day it’s going to kill him.

Admission takes nothing from you. It doesn’t make you lesser. It doesn’t change your worth. It simply pushes out ego, and creates room for growth. The only thing you have to lose is your arrogance.

When someone says “hey you can’t treat me this way” or “you’re hurting me” or “that was not the best way to handle the situation” your response shouldn’t be denial. It shouldn’t be agression. You shouldn’t bring up something thay person does to make the scales even. You should simply stop, Remove your ego, Evaluate the claim, Assess truth, And finally, if it’s necessary, apolagize. Shit you should apolagize even if you disagree. The fact of the matter is that person told you they didn’t appreciate your words. Period. No it’s ands or buts. Just say that shit.

It is such a simple adult communication skill and entirely too many people are utterly devoid of it.
