What a great morning off. Due to the comfort of rain, I slept in late to wake up to watching School Dance on Comedy Central. So true! I was told this when I first started climbing. Best thing that I was ever told. And it is the truth 100 percent!
my mom left these post-it notes on the inside of my toilet seat this morning. when I came home from a long night of eating and drinking with friends, I got on my knees and lifted the lid to my toilet. when I saw this message, I immediately broke down in tears and shut the lid. I opened my door, and my mom was standing there with open arms. it’s the little things in life that make me remember that recovery is so worth it. I deserve to love each and every one of my flaws. I deserve to accept who I am. I deserve to live. thank you, mom, for reminding me that I’m not defined by a number on a scale, but rather by the way I treat myself and others.
This is so amazing. The people who help you get through the rough parts of your recovery journey make it worth while. Recovery is a crazy journey, so accept all the help you can from others!

I miss the days when I didn’t need to worry about this time of the month and the pain that comes as a bonus to your red party......
The worst is when you have started puberty, somehow develop an eating disorder, then have a weight gaining period to restore your health and overcome your eating disorder...to then develop Dysmenorrhea......
