Hi! I just discovered your blog and I haven’t been able to stop reading your fics! They’re all so so good. I just started Sinned Awakening and wasn’t sure if it was for me since I’m not into Elvis but OH was I wrong! You have me full convinced that man was a vampire.

Hi anon! Oh my god this made me smile and laugh so damn hard! This such a loaded question! I'm so glad you found my blog tho and delved into all my different fics. I let me delusions take me on a journey then I post them to the internet 😂

I'm so glad you gave Sinned Awakening a chance! That's been one of my favorite things l've ever written. I know it's a VERY different concept to make a musical icon into a vampire but he dressed the part! The man looked so good in leather and black velvet! It made me think way too hard about it all.

This is an insanely loaded question! I'm not prepared! I need you to know the things I make these men say would put me in absolute shambles! They all have WAY too much dominant energy and way too possessive over their women. I wouldn't be able to breathe in their presence.

But...

If you made me choose...

I think it would have to be Elvis. He had this soft, tender side to him and that would be so nice to be around. Until he gets needy...🫣

A close second would have to be the Phantom. Hearing that angelic voice echo through the lair would be a dream oof! But I don't think he'd let me go and I don't think I could handle how cold the lair might be. I'd be shivering at all times of day hehe.

Lastly, it would have to be Loki…💚

That man is DANGEROUS! His charisma alone would make me a puddle! There's no way his charm wouldn't work on me and l'd be left at his mercy!

Not to mention his ability to use magic?! That man- that god, is too powerful for me to say no let's be honest. He'd be using his magic to charm me and I’d be terrified to be in the presence of two of him?! Absolutely not! I choose life lol

I can write such stories but if I was in their shoes, I'd perish…😂

I have never been so grateful for a movie to come out in my life. It’s funny how little moments in life make such a huge impact. And in 2022, my whole life changed and snowballed into this wonderful adventure. Today marks my four year anniversary of watching this amazing masterpiece in theaters for the first time and I’ve never been so happy in life for making such decision.

I’ll be honest, I was skeptical of this movie when I first saw the trailer. I already had this weird need to protect Elvis and his image. I didn’t want this to be a horrible portrayal, there’s been plenty of those. But I tried to go in with an open mind and hoped this Austin guy would do a good job. (Silly me😝)

I just remember sitting in the theater going through all the emotions from giddy to empathetic to full of tears and love. I already loved this man but something ignited once I left the theater. It was one of the few moments in my life that left me speechless. I couldn’t believe what my eyes saw and knew I needed to watch it again immediately. It made me appreciate the human being that Elvis was so much more. He was such a beautiful, complex human that went through unprecedented fame and tribulations. When you look at him, it makes sense why people hold him up to this god-like standard. His life was beyond incredible and accomplished things no other artist could.

If I ever meet Baz or Austin in real life, I’d need to say how thankful I am they made this movie and quite literally changed my life. They made me fall in love with Elvis again, make me go to Memphis five times and explore the rich history there, and gain a best friend for life🥹 Not many people can say that about a movie they watched on a random Sunday afternoon.

There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think about Elvis and how much he means to me. There are few people in this world that truly understand what it means to love that man, and I’m just so grateful I can say he changed my life. How bleak and boring my life would be without out you, EP. Thank you for everything you do✨🤍⚡️

I could fill a book with all the ways a simple decision to see a movie four years ago changed my life, but I think the biggest takeaway is simply ✨ gratitude ✨ on a scale I’ve never experienced before.

I read a scientific article recently that attempted to calculate the odds of any one person actually existing, and the number was so close to zero it’s utterly mind-blowing. When I think about the odds of Elvis Presley, Baz Luhrmann, Austin Butler, myself and you, my Sammykinz- not only existing, but making every little decision in our lives that ultimately led up to each of us walking into a movie theater in 2022, jumping on Tumblr and then eventually meeting up at Graceland… I can’t help but get teary-eyed.

It’s not fate. It’s just… sheer luck. And boy, “I got lucky when I found you” 🍀🥹🫂

Oh my gosh girl I know🥹✨ The universe (also Elvis) knew exactly what I needed at the right moment. I can’t describe how lucky I feel to have had all these events transpire over the last 4 years all because of one man’s music, one very passionate director, one amazing actor, and two friends that finally got to meet when the time was perfect for us ✨ It’s a wonderful life🎶
