Hey 👋🏾 QueFitTribe! Over the weekend my Mom asked me for a workout for her and her husband. My goals with this workout were 1) very low impact 2) no to low major strain on the back 3) and total body. The #bible says that “it’s God’s reminder to us that He’ll never flood the earth 🌍 again.” I think this is remarkable and so fascinating. Hey QueFitTribe!!! So...I started a small #herbgarden during the #quarantine 🌱It’s not the biggest but it’s my FIRST garden and I’m super proud of it 🤩 CAN YOU SEE THE FIRST FEW SPROUTS SO FAR???The #husband caught me in a moment just zoned out and taking 10 mins to let my mind breathe 🙃 Being a full time #entrepreneur is hard at times.
