WIP - Missives Boards Redo - Winterhold

This time I tried to mash up elements from both Cities of the North's and Great City's takes on Winterhold.

I also added some fun graffiti details from a few students you might know...

(might need to work on making j'zargo's stand out a bit more.) Onmund's message is written in Mage Script, Brelyna's in a calligraphic-style Daedric, and J'zargo's in Ta'agra.)

deleting a long rant because i don't really have anything innovative to say at this point. but a hypothetical FNV2 would basically have to be the Greatest Fallout of All Time in order to please people. and then they'd just fire everyone anyway!!! Obsidian being held hostage and forced to drop what they were already working on is not how good games get made.

i'd love to yeehaw my way through the west coast fallout again as much as anyone, i'm also playing NV right now along with Avowed, but considering that such a game would easily be the better part of a decade away, i don't think we can give anyone credit just for saying "Obsidian Fallout 2 Exists (Sort Of)"
