We’re shifting before Christmas, right?
Baby…we’re no longer in a cycle, that ends today. No more drowning in Pinterest & Notion because you feel like it’s the closest to get to your dr—and definitely no more reading ten different shifting posts in hopes of something to change magically while not thinking in your favour. Girl, bye!
So, here’s what we’re gonna do. Come along, or not!
Since I put my tree up today, let’s take it in steps like we’re building one together;
If you don’t work on the foundation first, the tree won’t be solid ….. so, here’s what works:
Be honest with yourself. How do you feel about manifesting/shifting? Whats your relationship with it? Do you, for example:
a) lash out because you feel like no one’s listening, break up for a short or long period & then get back together again. ++ repeat.
b) cling to it even if it’s a detriment to yourself. You can’t even breathe without opening a Pinterest board to feel level-headed or getting your daily scroll in.
c) unsure. You don’t know where you lie with it. That’s okay too.
Regardless of all those, relax. You’re fine now. Because you can finally build the healthy, steady foundation you need by knocking the rotting one down.
I have multiple exercises that I enjoy when it comes to this but I’ll share two for today. One being writing all of my raw and uncut feelings on a piece of paper with a pen, scrunching it up and burning it ! Don’t hold back. You think you “can’t shift?” Write it down. Blockages?
The alternative is doing it digitally too by writing in your notes or making a shifting diary (highly recommended). Sometimes when I’m lazy to grab my notebook I write what I feel and I just…don’t open it again. It’s like it doesn’t exist. That’s all, really.
That’s the old story done now, so you can’t go back. Dead it it ☺️!
Now that we have that new, refreshing life in front of you, things changed. Now it’s time to find what you like doing. Think back to your previous shifts. When you did the raven method, did you hate staying still or counting to 100?
Experimentation is crucial; try lucid dreaming, affirmation tapes, listening to or making subliminals, entering the void, making your own methods with elements of shifting that you enjoy….i mean the possibilities just keep coming. They're endless. And so are you.
Hey, also , important point. DON'T FOLLOW what xyz on tumblr said if you don't want to. I like to think about it like this; if someone comes online telling me that I must wear green everytime I go out but I think it’s an ugly colour no shade to the green lovers I’m not gonna wear it 🤷🏾♀️
Same goes for methods. If someone tells me to count to 1,000 , stay still and affirm every 10 numbers I’m not doing it I don’t want to. You can even roll over if u want to and still shift even though some people on shifftok do not agree *sips tea and flips page over* next...
3. Putting up decorations.
We put the parts together, now it's time to start decorating!! the fun part. The best thing about this is that you get to pick and colour of tinsel, ornaments and lights that you want, not what sarah on shiftblr or tiktok said. Your choosing. sorry to the sarahs out there LMAODVOFRJR
Here, since we know that we're capable of shifting of course, we can assort our way of motivation or "preparing" for shifting to our liking.
Want to make a pinterest board and add to it every .5 seconds? go for it now—because you don't depend on it to make you shift.

Now that everythings sparkling, the lights are flashing around the tree and the ornaments are set just right it's time to put the star up. the final bit.
you let go of the old story, the old raggedy ass tree you hated but refused to let go of. But things have changed around here because of you. Im proud of you.
Now everythings done. You've decided, assumed and stuck to it and here's your mega breakthrough. Getting everything you've ever wanted in your newfound life of abundance and successes from here !
You pushed yourself to the finish line and now you've made it (you've shifted, silly) and here we are. & dont let anyone play with you in your reality again.
