The Atlanta Community Food Bank has a large volunteer opportunity on Saturday, October 19, and we need your help!
The Global Produce & Floral Show is hosting a national trade show at the Georgia World Congress Center (285 Andrew Young International Blvd., N.W. Atlanta, GA 30313), and after the show, we hope to salvage 9 tractor-trailer truck loads of food that will help thousands of families! We need your help to make sure we collect everything.
Please note that this event will take up several halls at GWCC, so please sign up if you are comfortable with walking and standing for long periods of time unassisted. The event will start at 3pm and is estimated to end at 11pm, but the more volunteers we have, the earlier we will finish. We will be providing dinner for all volunteers.
