Greetings, Erptarpus. It is I, your sibling, Defrod. As you may have known, me and 5 other soldiers have been deployed in East Foxlands to bring hell upon those troublesome Fox Mages. Something horrible has happened. I am writing you to share the details of my unfortunate demise.
I was skinning a Fox Mage that we had slain, I was intending on using the Fox Mage's pelt as a hat. However, we had spotted a Fox Mage, presumably of the female sex, walking alone. She had beige fur and a purple robe. We decided to spy on her for a while before we ambush her. Suddenly, another Fox Mage, this one being younger, of the male sex, having darker fur, and wearing a red robe, showed up. By listening to the conversations between the two fox mages, I inferred that both of them are siblings, the older fox mage was exiled for being in a relationship with a Hyrblandian, and the younger fox mage wants to follow the older fox mage, despite the older fox mage trying to get him to go home. I do recall hearing that the king exiled a Hyrblandian named Edbetarius to this location for being annoying, so they're probably the one that bred with that disgusting beast. Suddenly, an item fairy who I will not name (you know who I'm talking about) showed up and used it's horrible magic to turn the younger fox mage into an apple before leaving. The apple was then taken by a parrot, so the younger fox mage is most likely dead by now. This devastated the older fox mage, and she started breaking down and crying. We decided that this would be the perfect time to strike, but when we did, she got up and screeched so loud, it was like all the demons of hell are being purged, before firing multiple magic blasts, killing three soldiers. She then pounced on another soldier and used her horrible teeth to tear their face off while they screamed in agony. I managed to blind her, thus stunning her so I could escape, but she bit a huge chunk of my body off, and I am currently bleeding profusely as I speak.
I have got a carrier pigeon to send this letter to you. By the time the pigeon arrives to your location, I would have already been long dead. Please, tell the king about the purple-robed fox mage. I don't know her name, so tell him that the fox mage's name is "Vengefulosity". It seems like a fitting name for a ferocious creature like that.
Goodbye.
