Im back
So i just wrote out this long blog, but then it got deleted :(
Long story short - im in a downward spiral of binging. My trigger point today was anothers post on instagram stating that they can only ever feel full after a binge, and since reading that all ive thought about all day is binging and wanting to experience that satisfaction of feeling full.
I googled excuses - my hormone levels could be out of whack which is why i can never feel full. yeah right. Im just making excuses for my behaviour. But in all honestly I acknowledged that I was going to binge, that i felt like binging, but made no attempt to stop myself or get out of the house so that I couldnt eat the food. I just let it happen and wash all over me.
Ive got some preventative strategies/goals to work on from here onwards - not eating while watching tv etc; im also going to do no binge september (even though ive failed today, nothing to say I cant do it for the rest of the month); since part of todays binge occured because I got home from work early and had nothing to do, Im going to ensure I take my gym stuff with me to work every day so that if i do finish early i can still just drive straight to the gym.
Another issue I have is that I get jealous of what other people can fit into their macros, while the obvious thing to do would be to delete instagram etc. I do also really enjoy looking at it..... on the fence about this one.
My birthday is at the end of this month and so is my graduation, and I want to look nice for both of those things. Im not happy the way I am now, i need to change that.
If anyone else has any other preventative strategies they find helpful, please feel free to share them. sorry this is a rather negative post, once i get over this binge ill make the effort to be more positive but for now i think i might just prep my lunch for tomorrow and crawl into bed to forget about it all.

which is a long winded way of saying ive jumped on the LCHF bandwagon. No im not going to call it keto becuase so far I have yet to go long enough without carbs to get into keto. I am aiming for that, but we shall see in the long run.
I havent been to the gym in about two weeks
I went for a zoo run yesterday which was super fun, basically like orienteering around the zoo finding answers to a list of questions. 31st place out of 49. but it was funnnn
I've started my new job 3 weeks ago and I now feel like I have zero time to relax. take today for example, I have booked a room at uni to use for the whole day. im talking 830am to 6pm. I am so tired all i wanted to do was sleep. but you can bet thats not gonna happen. [lets see how many double shot coffees i can fit into my day today]
two of my flatmates are moving out and i dont want to live with randoms, let alone share my fridge with them. Ive had the luxury of having a fridge to myself ever since i bought it, now i will share it with 4 others. oh joy.
I want to move out myself but i know i will never find anyone to fill the rooms
today is going to be very hard for me to stay away from carbs, will take a huge internal strugle, particularly because i decided this morning that none of my food was appealing so i came to uni with nothing [smart jen, real smart]
end rant? lol jokes, i could go on for years

its all about the uni work today, have gone to the gym already this morning.
Yesterday i happened to eat sals pizza, and omg its massive. i cant believe how bit it was. one slice was like enough. so crazy!
I love mondays cause it always feels like a new start, i always feel so motivated on mondays :) Got a meeting this afternoon to sort out the hours for my new job which i start in a week. super nervous! i am gonna fake confidence it all the way! haha
One year made all the difference (June 2011-June 2012). All I did was change my lifestyle to “clean” eating and lifting heavy/running/any other fun exercise! Little changes here and there add up to a big difference! Probably only about 5lbs difference in weight as well (less now).

Its the weekend! And I have a huge to-do list cause I want to have everything sorted for my new job to eliminate at least some of the stress... starting with a haircut in 10 mins. Goodbye long unruly locks, hello professional!!
Been to the gym already this morning and am going out to dinner for a friends birthday tonight at a new place called Orleans. Im so excited, apparently their food is amazing!

At work today till 3, but thanks to my prepped meals im all set. Its my rest day from the gym today, and ive got some naughty food cravings but I will resist! Ive got some sugar free lollies at home that I cant wait to eat when I get home ;)
And found a countdown widget so I can keep track of my goals!
So I have my 24 hour shift at work now and I have all my food prepped and ready to go :)

Yesterday was cheat day but so fun! Out for a scrummy brunch then off out, stopped to get some delish cupcakes (oreo droolllll) then snackage for dinner as I studied :)
Today plans Doing cardio now Got some masters writing to do (cause did I mention I got the job and start real soon) Then work this arvo till tomorrow arvo. Friday rest day from gym ahhhhh

abs 4 xmas day 4 update
Going very well with hitting my macros so far today, its 4pm and im on point!
Dinner last night was so fun, so much fun that i had some foryo - it was great, though certainly didnt fit into my macros. ah well!
Tomorrow is me and the bf's 1 year anniversary, so you betcha theres gonna be some yum as food involved there :)
Oh! and went to the gym this morn for my 40 mins of cardio :)

Went to the gym when I woke up, then went to buy a sodastream (omg so cool), then went to do some uni work.
Going to a dinner at an indian place tonight, so will sort out my macros and just eat whats left over during the day today
