The unspoken horror is Ricardo’s envy. Whateley has no right to having such luscious hair without even the need of an expensive salon shop. I also just saw that he has a little tail as well… such a horse.

Sorta. Bit of goat, some unknown vaguely octopus looking appendages and so forth. His lower body is the result of an unregistered singularity that his family found in the outskirts and possibly from beyond the stars that rewrites and mutates its own concept of "life".

It's why he keeps himself covered up, because not only does it look horrifying to boot, its more or less spreading and he requires moonstones to keep it in check, for it has a peculiar resonance/convergence with the distortion phenomenon.
