Rewatched IT movies
seeing people wonder why they promoted the kids that died in ep 1 of welcome to derry as mains like they didn’t drag andy bean through the chapter two press tour just for him to flash ass and die twenty minutes into the movie
they would be bestfriends
Well, science is interesting.
STANLEY URIS MY BABY
Ik Don Uris was pissed as hell when his son turned out to be more like Teddy than himself
Teddy: Can I ask a weird question?
Mr Uris: Yes!
Teddy: *asks a weird question*
His family: wtf is wrong with you?
I feel like it was so smart to make Stan the one to have a relative die to IT as a child. My theory is that Stan always kinda knew that he had an uncle who died as a child, but likely realizes what really happened to him when he encounters Pennywise in ‘89 and it kinda contributes to why he’s the most fearful of IT out of his friends. I know this probably wasn’t a thought when they were making the movies and it’s not canon to the book, but the choice of adding this to Stan’s character over the others is really interesting to me.
When the child murdering demon actual does some child murdering.
I love Teddy Urine and the kid with the giant fake mustache…. sure hope nothing bad happens to them!
me, twelve minutes into Welcome to Derry
ugh did Welcome to Derry have to come out this week I have exams I really really really have to study for but i do also want nothing more than to watch it
There's something so Hallmark movie coded about Hanbrough. Like oh?? Your a big time famous writer whos struggling to come up with endings for your books and is currently having miscommunication with your partner? Well why don't you go back to your crappy small town and go on a whimiscal bike ride with a simple librarian you were childhood friends with.
Sometimes I think about the fact that Bill Denbrough had no ring on his finger in the last scene of IT Chapter Two and told Mike he loved him. It haunts me actually
fem losers post chapter 2 (they’re at a premiere for bill’s newest film, wearing beverly marsh ofc)
