i would really like to enjoy the new parx album but the lyrics,,,,,,, are so bad. some of them are good but then the other half of them are cringeworthy or the instrumental sucks. stop calling yourself a bitch boy mr. knight. go to therapy. please stop whining about how everyone is fake you made your point last album.

the musical portion (seperate from the lyrics) was okay and i enjoy the electronic pop sound but ffs. it just feels like he’s hung up on the industry around him being less welcoming than he expected and instead of learning how to deal with it or trying to change things he’s just whinging.

i’m a huge parx fan too (i’ve been listening to them since the end of 2017/start of 2018 and they’re my number 2 artist of all time on spotify) and this new record just doesn’t have the same impact as (for example) fandom, when he first started making statements against the industry in la :(
