A toast to the nonbinary femmes. A toast to the nonbinary femmes who will be misgendered every day of their life by people both inside the community and outside of it. To nonbinary femmes who have unpacked their gender and found femininity at the core and built themselves around that in a way society wouldn’t want and who are forever mistaken for something they’re not anyway. To nonbinary femmes who don’t wear skirts and dresses, who don’t do lipstick or nail polish or makeup, who interweave their identity with masculine and feminine expression, who are femmes all the same. To nonbinary femmes who aren’t noticed, aren’t celebrated, who have their identities dissected and ridiculed and finally relegated back to a binary they worked for years to extract themselves from. To nonbinary femmes in every form, who are harder to pick out in a crowd, who are radiant all the same. To nonbinary femmes whose gender surpasses binary understanding, whose expression is uniquely their own, whose presence our community would not be complete without. To nonbinary femmes, all the love I possess, for everything you are, for the bold and the hidden, the seen and the unseen.

would any of the dykes/queers in my phone be interested in a thread w little additions and mods I do to my car? I'm getting a new gear shift knob in the mail today n that's the first like replacement modification (feels a lil silly 2 call it that,it's just a vanity knob, but baby steps lol) I'm doing to my 2012 Scion XB, so if I'm gonna do it I should probably start at the begining, right?

ignore the mess, but I removed the plastic casing for my gear shift n gave it a little paint job! just some spray paint purple and silver glitter w a clear coat, nothing crazy. the glitter had more color to it than I was expecting, but I don't mind the mismatched purples.

car updates:

I have received 3 out of what I believe is 4 vinyl stickers I ordered.

I scraped the previous owners window peeker stickers off my windows w googone, my metal credit card, and a pocket knife.

hopefully in the next couple days the last sticker comes and I get some time to find spots for them and apply them :D

yes I am ignoring an overdue oil change once again. I'm still hitting the "I'm gonna do it myself" copium pipe.

sorry to put you on blast, but

it is only technically true, that trans women were allowed to compete. they changed the rules specifically for the 2024 olympics in such a way to effectively ban 99.9% of trans women specifically from participating:

(effectively as in: transitioning is so gatekept that there's almost no country on earth where you are even allowed to transition this early, it is extremely gatekept even in the most "trans positive" legislations around the world, and also many just realize later in life, so this effectively bans most if not almost all trans women)
