I’ve found that practicing daily gratitude is something that has been both very helpful for my mental health and also my view of the world at large.
What are you grateful for today?
Throwing it back a few years to some experimental portrait work.

Happy Fourth of July everyone!
Camping is calling 🏕️
Just gotta catch that light just right. Thinking back to soaking some sore muscles in the Blue Lagoon in Iceland.
Just clowning around
Had an incredible time over the weekend playing rugby in Barcelona with the @rugbi_pg - amazing memories with wonderful people in a beautiful place 😍
A lovely weekend of rugby in Barcelona
did you still have a burly build before you started t or did it completely reform your muscular structure?
My build was very different back then, especially when you consider I was an elite gymnast. I also had no idea I had low testosterone. I think at my smallest I was 135 - 140 pounds.
How did you make yourself proud today?
Iceland was absolutely breathtaking - seeing whales, dolphins, thermal rivers and pools, ice caves, the hikes and mountains, and getting to spend it with the best company I could hope for ♥️
There are no words to describe how magical it was to explore Iceland. So grateful we had the privilege to visit this beautiful land.
