its gaze is suspicious, single functional eye staring at the other like she was up to no good. it doesn't know how common acts of goodwill are in these parts ( not that it particularly matters to omega ) -- but whether it wants to admit it or not, it's sustained extreme amounts of damage. washed up onshore before it ceased function indefinitely, at least, but just barely.

//i know it's because they didn't want omega to be absolutely giant next to shadow and rouge but like what do you mean canon omega is 4'11. it's not even the same size as the other power characters in heroes vector and big are significantly taller than it ( 5'11 and 6'7 respectively. ) its not even 5' ft tall. that's wrong. you're wrong.

on a related note omega hates feeling powerless and hates when people imply it's not in control of itself and HATES being treated like a mindless robot to be ordered around. being stripped of its agency is its greatest fear and it knows the only person that could ever do it is eggman and maybe. that's part of why it's so dedicated to taking him out. but you didn't hear that from me.

the only time omega has ever willingly shown someone mercy ( without having to be convinced to do so ) was when it and shadow recovered metal sonic after the events of heroes. it doesn't know why it chose to do that, but looking at metal after all of that, at least back then. it gets it, you know. it understands. it and shadow both were in the same position, weren't they? used and discarded one too many times. it doesn't blame metal sonic for snapping -- didn't it do the same thing? isn't it doing the same thing right now?

it spared metal and it didn't expect anything from him necessarily, but metal ending up back in eggman's hands, by choice or by force ( likely the latter ) really. irks it. in a way it can't really explain. i think it boils down to we are the same, and if this can happen to you, it can happen to me.

sparing metal sonic is among it's only regrets.

i love how unreasonably angry omega gets in its interactions with the egg pawn in crossworlds. most of its dialog boils down to "i am going to fucking end you" regardless of who it's talking to ( with the exceptions of shadow, rouge, and cream ) but that little bastard specifically makes its blood BOIL

how much of a problem do you think omega would have been if it never rebelled from the egg

eggpire omega that hunts sonic and co down relentlessly, but also prioritizes destroying badniks and other enemies because sonic is its target and it needs to ensure that it is the one to kill him. like a shitty companion that constantly tries to attack you unless there are other enemies onscreen. pisses eggman off to no end.
