Wanted to say how much I love your musician/manager AU- I've read the series twice now & it's such an engaging work. Some of the real stand outs are one, the depiction of domestic violence - how you conveyed so much more than the physical abuse. I also always love in AUs like this seeing how the author answers "what would Edwin be like if he hadn't spent 70 years in hell?" or "What if he had been loved more as a boy?" & think you created such a fantastic background and shifts to his expression

Favorite thing about DBDA: I love the depth of consideration and thought that went into the costuming and production design of the show, the fact there's so much to be gleaned about the characters from a glance! And of course, I adore the Cat King; I started out mostly writing Payneland and was so excited to have the home advantage of writing Brit characters for a change, but I never expected the snarky cringefail American cat man to steal my heart!
