I always like to start my day at the dining table with my devotional and a cup of tea, today I read in the book of Luke and enjoyed a cup of Bigelow’s Cinnamon Stick tea 😋 I’ve also started translating the verse of the day into Spanish and French to help me practice.

Today I’m planning on studying Spanish and French some more, working on spreads in my bullet journal, planning content for this blog, and researching skincare because I need a new routine 🙃

Some of my biology notes from Semester 1 this year. Ever since high school, biology has been my favourite subject and I just love spending time on my bio notes.

As I am at the start of my medical journey, the content we have learnt so far is both very basic and very specific. A lot of universities begin by teaching students about the microscopic aspects of our bodies (cells, macromolecules, chemical reactions such as ATP synthesis).

Whilst this is still interesting, I just can’t wait until we reach the macroscopic stuff such as body systems and specific organs.

My question for everyone is: If you are a medical student, what year level are you and what is your favourite topic so far?

wow this is uhhh really going to be a stressful month for me. my econ class turned out to be reallyyyy work intensive and i still have two more books to read 👓 but then the whole month of august is free!
