About Me

HELLO!! I'm glad you're here! My name is Pallas (rhymes with Dallas), my pronouns are he/him, and I really love arts, and also crafts. 

 I'm an artist living in a small town in the middle of nowhere in the northeastern United States. I have a degree in digital arts but mostly, I just like to make pretty pictures because it's fun.

I love to draw and make all kinds of stuff, but for some reason, I've been inexplicably into westerns for several years now, so that's been a dominant theme in my art.

I'd like to expand my portfolio and might open commissions sooner or later--will edit this post to reflect that.

my ancient computer finally died in a way i couldn't fix and finally, finally...i am set up to do digital art again. i've tried a couple of practice pieces but this is the first one i feel is close to good enough for the art blog.

not perfect, but better than anything else i've made for WAY too long. so hopefully this is the beginning of this blog becoming more active again!

(this is based on pictures my mom took of me taking a nap with my favorite cat years ago. i miss that little guy.)

HELLO @yoomschoocs !! here's my entry for the fanworks exchange through @remnants-of-rwby-exchange. i didn't get as much done as i wanted but i am very happy with what i did finish.

my goal was to make a comic with narration that could be read in reverse order to produce a different meaning, and unfortunately, i didn't finish the Not Depressing direction of the comic, so the grim version is the only one that exists right now. (see under the cut for my cramped, tiny notes on what the reverse direction was going to look like! not too exciting visually, but if you're interested, you can at least see where i was going with it!)

hope ya like it. you're one of my FAVORITE artists in the fandom and although it was a little intimidating, it was genuinely an honor to get to make something you might enjoy.

so here were the notes/storyboard for the reverse, "positive" direction. ironically, i decided to start with the negative version because i figured it would be nice to leave off on a more positive, hopeful note--sorry that the complete opposite of that occurred when i ran out of time hahaha!

i'd like to keep working on it (and once i have a functional computer again, i can probably make it pretty fancy!) but again, it was fun to work on it and i'm happy to have done it. (-':
