I’ve been thinking about Remus and Lily’s relationship a lot recently because while watching The Prisoner of Azkaban my sister had said that she though Remus was in love with Lily. So I was reflecting on that and I was like honestly that would make a lot of sense and it would be a meaningful part of the story. But I realized that they weren’t in love in love, they were just truly and deeply best friends. Not brothers like James and Sirius, who were one mind speaking as two, but as people who complimented each other’s differences. They co-existed and grew together. They were two brilliant minds who made eachother better. They weren’t in love in the romantic sense, they weren’t brother and sister, but they were soulmates.

Can somebody legit explain to my why Scorpius is a Slytherin and not a Gryffindor of a Hufflepuff? I just don’t understand, my dudes.

But then what about ALBUS?? All the Potters and all the Weasleys are Gryffindors, my dude.

but albus was having doubts about his house, while scorpius was raised to expect slytherin.

Either way, how you see yourself is different then who you actulally are, just because scorpius thought he was a slytherin doesn’t mean he was one. Albus thought he was a Gryffindor.

harry was a slytherin but he convinced the sorting hat for that not to happen. because he had expectations for himself.

But Harry was definitely a switch between the two...scorpius just doesn’t seem like a slytherin. Al and Scorpius had expectations but only one of them was in the house dictated by their bloodlines. I mean plus, Sirius Black was “supposed” to be a slytherin but he was sorted into Gryffindor!
