iām so happy to see this video doing numbers! Itās so charming and the creator is my absolute favorite local musician, and one of my favorite pop artists period!!Ā
Everyone please go listen to Superknovaās amazing music. She makes white-hot synthy groovy tunes with complex lyrics that explore mental health, coming into accepting and embracing your queer identity, and learning to forge your own path despite the expectations that were foisted upon you. Her music is affirming in a real way, filled defiant self love and recognition of all the gritty, dark feelings and the hard-won battles that come with being a trans person in this life.Ā

Since Friday night I banned on Instagram?
Why?
Because I posted about the dictatorship in Myanmar, what's going on Colombia and the forced expulsions of Palestinians families in Jerusalem. Also they censored cause I call them out on their censorship policy.
In pandemic times, social media are crucial to raise and spread awareness on multiple causes, cause we know we can't rely on mainstream media. Most of them are politically correct and/or partisan.
It didn't happen only to me but also to many people vocalising online.
But I am not giving up, you can censor myself as you want, I am going to stand up. As someone who have families in dictatorship, I know how vocalising on social media is the only option.
Instagram censor my post, only a few people of my audience can see it.

Myanmar has been under a dictatorship since February after the coup undertaken by the military junta. Since then, protests sparked across the country for months, thousands of people joining the resistance and the military junta repressed violently the movement, through abduction, rape, sexual assault, arbitrary arrest, power cut, internet shutdown.Ā
