I forgot why I eventually grew to detest browsing for fic on AO3: it takes forever to filter out the fandoms that are everywhere like weeds (I don’t even think I have to name names at this point) that I have zero interest in reading. Or suddenly, underage fic. And one wrong move in filtering, and you’re left with 0 fics in any given search category. Blah!

I think there’s a script that saves the search filters, which is nice, but… there really isn’t one for mobile. Which is where I read most of my fic. Win some, lose some! :/

(Also, color me surprised there isn’t Killer Instinct fic at all on AO3. You’d think with as diverse of a cast the game has, it’d be a magnet for that kind of stuff, but nope, they all went to Mortal Kombat after MKX. Maybe that’s a good thing, now that I think about it…. )
