i already know much about beryl.... however

do their stripes have texture? what is it like?

does their neck thingy have significance? :]

So I have always imagined their stripes not really having texture or being raised. I see them as being the same texture as the rest of their skin. Like a pattern on fur or skin if you think about it.

With their bandana, I mostly added it because I liked how it looked with their design, but I like to imagine they bite their bandana a lot as a sort of stim to calm down, especially in a post-loops AU.
