I do want to preface this with that it is important to give Ed agency. That being said it is morally correct to babygirlify and to down right woobify that man in your fanworks because in the show he is trapped in a prison of masculinity and hyper competence and violence and stoicism and Blackbeard and when I write him I intend to give him the freedom of gender fuckery and femininity and softness and being taken care of and complete emotional catharsis. He deserves a damsel in distress moment, he deserves to be the little spoon, he deserves to be submissive, he deserves to be pampered. I have seen enough content with him being violent and domineering. Brothers we must give him the catharsis he deserves.
