As I keep moving on with this personal experience, I can observe how the most important people of my past slowly fade away from my thoughts and how I too am being erased from their lives. In the meantime, I am at an overwhelming place, unconventionally meeting people who just seem to last as long as a movie does, where you may develop certain chemistry with the characters but you are always aware it is eventually going to end, so you can’t help looking into the dialogues from a third party’s eyes. But another movie starts, and you are eager to find out what this one will be about, just to conclude you observed more than you watched. I’ve learned of pros and cons of everything and I guess the risks of being out there where you know no one but you are free to meet anyone is that eventually you become desensitized with the early steps of new interpersonal approaches; so much there are times you wish you could fast-forward the dry chats until the part where the question “does this person stay?” Is answered.
