In Deltarune Chapter 5, we learn that Asgore’s bouquet flowers, aka Flowery and the Seven Coloured Flowers, were given the chance to live longer thanks to the his relentless care.

I ended up wondering HOW exactly he pulled that off because, although Flowery mentions a lot of watering, that isn’t nearly enough to give ANY flower an over 18 year lifespan! Game logic aside, there are many methods to lengthen a flower’s blooming period, and I remember them being quite…violent. I’m talking chopping the roots, stabbing/puncturing the stem, trimming nearly every leaf, soaking the entire top of the bud in water (yes, I’m talking about hydrangeas) and so on.

I am not SAYING anything, my brain just hooked on this train of thought and I just can’t stop imagining Asgore lovingly DROWNING his flowers in water.

It’s a drawing I made onto my own arm with markers (that I’ll unfortunately need to erase immediately, because apparently non-toxic acrylic is still not so good on skin, lol). Apparently, skin has a texture that truly helps me with my utter lack of daily practice with straight lines.

I just remembered that I have this funny story from a few days ago that I was thinking of posting that I have TOTALLY forgotten about until now.

So, I was chilling at a mall near my house and eating a mint and dark chocolate frozen yogurt (a limited edition, which by the way is INSANE); I chose a table as FAR as physically possible from any human being, as I wasn’t in the mood for society. Suddenly, a random pigeon flew down from the roof of the building and perched directly on the empty chair in front of me. I would like to underline that I actually adore pigeons! I didn’t really fall for the “pigeons are to be feared and avoided on sight” propaganda when I was six, so I never really cared about them existing near me (besides, we all know the seagulls are the truly dangerous ones). I was actually fairly happy to have some non-human company while enjoying my sweet treat, it felt like a win win!

However, after a short while my new avian buddy started staring at the yogurt intently and started to approach slowly. The yogurt would OBVIOUSLY be bad for it, and I really didn’t feel like sharing that day, so I tried shooing it gently with my hand. Now…normally, birds in my area fly away after you as much BREATHE in their direction, but this belligerent creature didn’t seem in the mood for giving up, so I did what any normal, mentally stable person would do: I started talking to it. I encouraged it to leave in a low, firm and completely serious tone a couple of times, like one would do with a puppy or a kid; it stared back at me for a while, almost sheepishly, before reluctantly hopping off the table.

I think a woman at another table laughed at this scene, and I don’t even blame her! It must have been ridiculous to watch! I guess I count as some kind of bird whisperer now, lol.

SHEEP HAVE LONG TAILS

Okay so, this is INSANE! Why don’t they teach this in school??

Apparently, farmers dock their sheep’s tails to prevent some issues, like lambs nipping each other accidentally while playing and cause pigs to go insane over the scent of blood, but overall sheep naturally have them long.

Here’s a pic:

My point is…could the sheep in Woolhaven do a similar thing? Could The Lamb have or used to have a long tail?? It’s just a fun concept that I was thinking about.

Edit: I noticed that one of the reposts mentioned flystrike and I decided to research the topic a bit better. So APPARENTLY docking is done a lot less to prevent nipping but rather to avoid maggot infestations and manure accumulating under the tail. Remember everyone, fact checking is important 😅!

A few weeks ago, I watched the pilot of Gamoverse, and frankly really enjoyed it…HOWEVER, I noticed that some people already have quite a lot of criticism about it already. I’m honestly a bit confused to say the least, but this has already happened a bunch of times whenever I get into a new youtube series.

First of all, some people are pissed about the trailer, that gave out the entirety of Gobbles’ past while the pilot didn’t introduce him with this context. I too watched the pilot without the trailer at first and I didn’t really find any issues with not knowing anything about Gobbles, as I believed it would be explored in the future. I understand why it may seem like a bad strategy, as Glitch can’t assume we all saw the trailer, but I just…didn’t really mind? I feel the same about the fact that Kit and Kaboodle’s backstory jumped straight to their last fight before their universe collapsed, because I think that it WILL be explored further as the story goes forward. Why do we have to be so impatient, it’s still the PILOT, man!

About the fact that body types of the female characters look the same, I still don’t have much to say about it, also because we in fact still don’t know. Kit’s friends probably have the same body types because they lived in the same videogame, and we still know NOTHING about Miss Information.

I just think we should be a bit calmer and more open minded with new series in general. After all, they aren’t supposed to tell us everything that there is to know.

Now that I think about, I have NEVER seen anyone add to any AU like MOTM characters from cartoons like Kaeloo. I admit, sometimes I almost end up believing only me and my best friend remember that fever dream…

They kinda have a rubberhose style (I may be saying bs), even if it’s more tridimensional than the old classic cartoon one, and to be honest their shenanigans already fit quite well, despite it being unhinged as hell. I would actually love to see characters from foreign or less known cartoons, like Kaeloo as I mentioned, or even from old classics like Popeye, ESPECIALLY how their designs would look like!

Not too long ago, my brother introduced me to Jojo’s Bizzarre Adventure. I loved it SO much it became a hyper fixation, but I have one complaint….

My brother DELIBERATELY made me start from Part 3!

And I will never forgive him because:

1. Part 1 and 2 are fucking amazing.

2. I was robbed of Part 2 Joseph for way too long.

3. Apparently, I ain’t a real one anymore 🫢🤔.

But this is unimportant now…because my main concern is that no one told me that it would permanently change my psyche. How many Jojo references do I see daily? Easy!

Why Sir Pentious ended up in Hell

I just realised this while re-reading Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy, specifically the part where he writes about the Vestibule of Hell, and I just don’t understand WHY PEOPLE AREN’T TALKING ABOUT THIS (or maybe they are and I’m just not looking hard enough, I dunno 🤷).

Basically, we know that Penny is in Hell because he witnessed a murder and did nothing to bring the killer to justice, causing more deaths indirectly.

We ALSO know that his sin is much more deeply rooted in the idea that he never truly lived or acted on his inner desire for human connection, preferring to stay in an unfulfilling but peaceful situation.

What’s interesting is that Dante considers this a ACTUAL sin of its own, related to the cardinal sin of Sloth, which unfortunately translates to “sloth”. To distinguish them, I will call it ignavia, or indolence (I know they are synonyms as well, have mercy on non-English little me).

The indolent sinners are basically the WORST sinners to Dante, rejected by both Heaven and Hell alike. They are people who never made a choice in their life, never took a side, out of fear or sloth. In this Circle we can literally find ANGELS who aren’t truly fallen, just unworthy of Heaven!

Pentious’ sin is indolence! I might be delirious, but perhaps this is why he was so easy to redeem 🤔…
