I'm very pleased how this came out. its hard for me to draw my favorite characters beacuse I need to do it right by them, and Sanji is such a complex character to try and represent. The man who feels maybe too much and yet the perfect amount at the same time.

I love characters who are like "I'm a terrible person" but when you look closer it's more like

"I adapted to survive something and now I don't know how to stop being that version of myself."

the biggest Iron Lung misconception that i’ve seen a lot within the bloodymary/crossover/new fans/ect fandoms and fics is that Simon hasn’t killed anyone outside of the Filament Station incident or the radiation camera incident.

Simon has absolutely killed more than just the 62 casualties of Filament. Simon has killed a lot of people, even. this isn’t to say that there weren’t extenuating circumstances or that he doesn’t feel guilt, he very much does. he absolutely does Not enjoy hurting or killing people. he is not violent by nature or cruel-hearted. but he absolutely has killed on purpose.
