hey guys, i know i havent been active of lately and i understand that the rp community has become less pressuring and more relaxed with replies but i still want to apologize for slacking. a lot has been going on in my life this past week and i don’t doubt it will carry until the next week, i will hopefully have a chance to reply this weekend or early next week. but i do move into college next friday (1 week from today) so my activity will surely continue to suck (and then some)!!!!

"yes," kat reprimanded, burrowing her eyes together to express her confusion. "how am i fuckin' crazy?" she repeated, her face relaxing with a light chuckle. "he's so obviously into me, like -- c'mon dil, help me out."

the other had been his world for the longest time and he couldn’t stop showcasing that bit of absolute adoration. after all, if he could, arthur would shower them with more love than he could hold onto himself and frankly, it was a lot. so for him to show up, as he is doing now, at the other’s door step with a bouquet, is not odd at all. instead, it had become a regular occurrence which left butterflies in his own stomach. he was a dork when it came to the other, one that was quite adorable. so with that, he knocked on the door, waiting back on his heels with a wide smile.
kat didn't like feelings, most of the time she refused to even believe she had any. no one had shown her true affection since her parents were divorced, which must of been why she kept him around, or at least that's what she kept trying to convince herself. when she opened the door to see the brunet grinning and with a ton of flowers -- her weakness -- she sighed. "oh arty," she mumbled, biting down her lip as if she actually contemplating taking the flowers and leaving him on her doorstep. "come in, we gotta get those in water." kathleen spoke in monotone, taking the beautiful bouquet from his hands and disappearing into the house.
“ look, i know this is sort of really short notice but i can’t stay in my dorm tonight. there was, um, a scrunchie on the door. it was black. it’s our — well, her code for ‘ find a different place to sleep ’. i have my pajamas & everything, ” nevaeh explained, holding her bag. “ so — is it okay if i stay with you ? just for the night ? i’ll even pay for dinner. ”
sadie smiled, pushing her large frames farther up her nose. "yeah, it's no problem. my roommate's out of town this weekend anyway," she motioned for the other girl to come in. "i was just studying for my test in the morning, but i could totally use a break. chemistry is so not my subject," the brunette exaggerated her words, beginning to clean up the mess of papers spread across her bed. "and since you're buyin', what do you wanna grab for dinner?"
harrison groaned as he rolled over on his couch. it was safe to say he went a little crazy the night before on the drinking. not that he regretted it or anything, but now, he was sporting a killer headache. finally managing to push himself into a sitting position, he rested his head in his hands, trying to make the pounding in his head stop. “ shit — ” the swear left his lips almost instantly as he looked up for a brief moment to see the other, who looked way better off than he did, he was well aware of that. “ no need to look so happy, ” he mumbled, before collapsing back into laying down.
she had woken up some time before him and made herself look presentable; avery didn't plan on sticking around long, but she defintely wanted to be there when he woke up. her ghostly grin was no secret as she locked eyes with him, taking a seat across from the entire couch he took up. "i'm sorry, it's just so easy when you look like shit," the blonde chuckled, pulling out her phone as she began to scroll through her feed. "i also made a pot of coffee, if you want some."

"yes, that was very dumb," sadie confirmed, beginning to busy herself with the flat screen mounted on the wall; turning it on, looking for the remote, anything that would distract her from the other on the couch. though she knew none of this was her fault, how could it be? but still, she felt awkward and at fault for the situation. "i mean..." she trailed, finally getting her hands on the clicker and turning back towards him. "yeah, but i grew up a brother. i understand the, uh -- urge," she mentally kicked herself from the word choice. "it's impulse, i mean. i'm -- just going to stop talking."
