Yess eggy choke them worthless captives and show them who's boss. Especially if that captive is a spikey blue hedgehog or one of his dumb friends.

He loves putting tight collars around their necks and yanking as hard as he can to hear them choke. When he's especially pissed, he violently grabs them by the throat and squeezes them with his bare hands too and usually only needs to use just one thumb and finger to have them helpless and breathless in his grasp.
He may snarl at them and give them an intense glare with fury in his eyes but then he'd take in the sight and reminder that they're such a pathetic, weak, inferior waste of life and how it'd be so easy to squeeze the breath out of them and feel them die in his hands. The thought makes him very happy.
But he won't let that happen so easily, that would be far too kind! Instead, he'll get them as close as possible without death as they fade in and out of consciousness, taunting them, saying it's much harder for them to fight and resist him, let alone dare to talk back when they can't even breathe, isn't it?
If he senses they're about to say the wrong thing or just speak at all when they haven't been spoken to, he'll immediately clasp his hand around their throat or yank their chain to hear the words get cut off or breath hitch and turn into choking before they even get the chance and he laughs in their face.
When he's hands on with it it's terrifying, the way he gets into it with a sadistic wide toothy grin on his face, squeezing tighter, shaking them by the neck as the sound of their choking gets louder, more desperate. It's all the victim can see as their vision goes patchy, head fuzzy and they fade in out out of consciousness.
They fear they're going to die but instead he'll leave them gasping for breath, sore on the ground. Sometimes standing over them with his foot on their throat just for a second more of the choking. They'll realize he's not showing them mercy, that it was just a warning. And if they don't do good for him, he will kill them.
And it will likely be in a much, much worse way than this, as terrifying as this is already. Because as soon as he's done with nearly choking the life out of them, he drops them to the floor and walks away. It clearly means nothing to him. They don't want to imagine how much more he's capable of.
