if i had more focus i would write about how titles work in my home realm. except they don't really. titles are temporary, change all the damn time, and are effectively just fancy ways to get our attention since our names are secrets (but our titles are just. our names in common tongue)

for instance, my name used to be "moonchild"- notably not "moon-born", which is what actual children of the moon are called. i was just adopted because thats what happens when you spawn from the void. when i went to the day realm, i received the title "dawn" in place of "moonchild" since i was 1) no longer a child and 2) coming from the night realm into the day realm. "spring" comes from the season i was crowned to represent, and "phoenix" comes from the fact that i'm associated with the realm of flame somehow (not complaining, the emperor of flame is kinda... but thats neither here nor there! hehe)

my "brothers" are all the same way.for example, winter-storm dragon. crowned as winter, associated with inter-realm travel ("dragon") and is a descendant of the family of the storm. similar story with autumn tiger (crowned autumn, and associated fully with the night realm- whose animal is a tiger- since he didn't go from one polar opposite realm to another he doesnt get a title of "dawn" or "dusk"). ironically the only one whose full title i cannot remember is summer, but he's also busy being the spokesperson for all 4 seasons since winter-storm dragon is busy with paperwork and autumn tiger and i are slacking off in different realms. apparently. i didn't know autumn was gone too, but...

But how do you do that?

Well, it's way easier than you may think

This isn't some insane method. This isn't a new method. I did not create this method, and this isn't something I cooked up in a cauldron over a fire. I didn't shift for the answer. I didn't pray or beg or cry or whatever. I don't have a name for it either.

This is just something I personally stumbled on by myself

I did this method for the first time while at work and minishifted to my dr for the first time in literal years within minutes.

It is an awake method, but I'm working on figuring out a way to make it work as a sleep method as well.

How to do the method (awake)

Get in a position where you'll be comfortable but not fall asleep (sit up, lay down, stand, idc it doesn't matter) and close your eyes. Once your eyes are closed take in three deep breaths and slowly exhale.

Start meditating. Use music, brown noise, white noise, waves, nothing-again, it doesn't matter!! The main focus here is purely to lose the sense of reality around you. You know that feeling of when you're falling asleep or just daydreaming? Where your brain just kinda runs away and stops focusing, and everything just kinda goes away from around you? That's what we're aiming for. Your brain doesn't need to be blank. You just need to lose the sense of your current reality. My favorite way to do this is to focus mainly on what I'm listening to or just yap to myself in my head about anything until I can't feel anything around me anymore

Once you've reached that point where it feels like nothing is around you, your brain is more than likely going to start refocusing on your surroundings. This is what we want and where the other parts of the method come into play.

Once your brain starts refocusing on your surroundings, DO NOT FOCUS ON YOUR CR!!!!!

Let your brain refocus, but use your senses and intention to become aware of your dr

Become focused on your bed, room, environment in general, or parts of your body. Like if you have ears or a tail (what I felt fully materializing during my first attempt) or wings etc. But try to focus on one thing at a time

Once you feel ready, open your eyes.

That's it! All you're doing is literally detaching from your cr and reattaching to your dr

Do not over think this!!!!

Do not give up if it doesn't work the first time!!!

Just keep going, y'all are almost there!!

i have heard a lot recently that people can just decide when they shift. i have tried it a few times and it didn't work.

do i have to believe it more or what should i do to shift by only deciding?

it seems pretty confusing to me, because when people say it, it always seems so easy to shift that way, but for many people that doesn't work.

do i have to be a more advanced shifter for it to work?

There's no such thing as a ''more advanced shifter.'' However, shifting instantly for most people comes with a sense of confidence and, for many, the experience they already have.

For example, when I was learning how to shift whenever I wanted to, I definitely couldn't do it instantly. But over time I got more confident, because I was shifting more often, I knew what worked for me, and ultimately I could shift quicker and quicker until it only took me a few seconds at most.

This is mainly because in this reality, a lot of people are taught that things like shifting are impossible. Technically speaking everyone can and DOES shift on command all the time, but in practice, many will have to overcome some of their mindsets before they really trust that they can do it.

That's why I try to teach assurance and confidence on my accounts. For me, realising how infinite we truly are helped a lot with figuring out how to shift. I hope to extend that realisation to some others as well!💚

hi hello everyone. this experience happened a few days ago and i plan on giving you as much details as possible (I even added a visual representation of it).

what happened ?

I was simply in my bed reading this post, and it truly resonated with me as this mindset of being "a master of all" is what I've been focusing on recently. it felt like I was remembering how true and how real what we're all doing is. and also, how easy it can be if we allow it to be.

then, I suddenly had what I first thought was some kind of vision (as I've been communicating with my guides more as well), but after thinking more about it, I know for sure it was the void because it was more than a visual idea, I was apart of that experience. okay, more details now...

the first thing I noticed was that my human form was standing right there, with my back turned, in the middle of an all black place. what's strange, is that it felt like I was apart of the darkness, observing my human self. the best way I can describe it is that I was pure consciousness observing my ego.

I didn't really notice any thoughts or feelings except for peace and infinity. I was completely stripped of my physical senses, I just had the feeling of the concept of being "nothing and everything". I had never felt this before and it's kinda hard to explain but it was so real.

then some sort of screen appeared in front of my ego and through it I could see blurred elements of nature moving like trees, flowers, grass and bushes. it was very colourful and in the moment, I didn't know what it meant, I was just observing, but I understood it as soon as I came back to my senses.

it's as if I was showing myself how it all works. how changing and choosing your reality changes, because the "screen" easily changed into something else and all I had to do to experience it is choose a reality and step into it.

then I snapped out of it and I was simultaneously shocked, confused, and excited. I never even really tried to get into the void before and it randomly happened when I was awake and busy like??? it was a wonderful experience that shows how simple it is. I'm sure I could've shifted if I had recognised it as the void in the moment lol.

I immediately tried to replicate what I experienced because I was afraid I'd forget it so, there you go :p
