whatever. ill be eighty years old and telling anyone who will listen about the 25-26 avalanche season. the 17 home game win streak. the 2 (two) (2) regulation losses over the course of months. getting naz back, the tazmanian devil line, the stacked-est team imaginable. that game against utah that we won with a singular goal from none other than sammy g. the new years eve game with a manimal gordie howe (almost two) with his dad in attendance. burnsy hitting 1500 consecutive games and counting, brock getting gold and then playing his 1000th game and celebrating with his family like a month later. the dysfunctional power play jokes that were funny then werent funny and then got funny again. yeah its a ridiculously frustrating way to go out but it was a phenomenal season and i am so very glad i got to spend it with you lb 🫶
