just thinking about howl's moving castle.... sophie learning to be more assertive because she's an old woman who doesn't have to suffer male gaze and people's expectations in the same way she did as a younger woman who always grew up ugly in the shadow of her sisters.. ...... who actually lifts her own curse because she grows as a person and learns to trust herself.... and howl who sees this and is like "i would die for this person who is strongwilled and rude and hot-headed i would die for her she makes it so easy to love her and to love me" like AHDKSJXLSSJ

Some changes I'd like to have in future updates:

1. Be able to craft more than one item at a time. Crafting the bait can be very tedious.

2. Being able to buy more than one set of clothing at a time in the dressing room at Able Sisters and also some kind of icon that lets you know you have already purchased that piece of clothing.

3. Some kind of indication your tool is close to breaking would be great.

4. Some tweaking to the terraforming to make it a little less tedious.

5. The added ability to use touchscreen while playing in handheld mode for things like designing.

6. I'd also love something like Kapp'n Island to return or anything that allows us to play minigames together because those were a lot of fun.

7. Being able to use your resources directly from your storage and not needing them to be in your pockets, especially when crafting in your house.

8. More items stack(like clams) and materials being able to stack past 30.

9. An easier way to split stacks rather than one at a time.

10. Being able to view wallpaper or carpet before purchase. I want to know if I'll like what I'm buying.

11. The trees display a special animation or has some way of letting us know we've already taken the wood from the tree.

That's all I can think of right now but I'll update if I think of anymore.

12. An “eat all” option for fruit would help when moving several trees at once (and maybe make “Drop Item” NOT the first option)

13. A way to save multiple drafts of letters before sending them! It’s tedious to queue up a conversation with Orville for each letter

Alright let me help out then:

1) Most of the cast is female. In fact only two main characters are male.

2) Both male characters take typically non-masculine hobbies. Emerson Cod knits almost non-stop and makes pop-up books. Ned is literally called “The Pie-Maker” because he bakes homestyle pies from his mother’s method. Both are shown to be very nurturing and even maternal characters. Conversely, the women? A pair of professional travelling show performers that have gritty sexual scandals the way men usually get (see the entire “Chuck’s father” storylines), a beekeeper who is the single most positive and optimistic character imaginable, and a former professional jockey- Three of four pro athletes.

3) You could very easily make the claim Ned is asexual.

4) Yes, the storyline is about romance. But it’s also about the positive side of a love story, and their only drama lies in overcoming their inability to actually share contact.

5) A very good friend of mine recommended this show to me as “Disney for adults.” I told her it was already on my list to watch because “It’s by Bryan Fuller, from Wonderfalls and Dead Like Me.” Bryan Fuller is now most known for “Hannibal.” The same camera methods and bright colours and lighting techniques Hannibal is known for? Perfected in this show, just using a different tone- The same colour methods in reverse, upping the vivid greens and yellows instead of reds and blues, which sells emotion both ways.

7) Probably one of the best examples of a modern day fairy tale possible.

8) Narrated by Jim Dale- The narrator for the HP audio books.
