Adults you trust can still be wrong

It’s not normal for everything to always be overwhelming

I think YMMV about the “licensed therapists can’t tell your parents” thing. All the therapists I saw as a kid were licensed and covered by Indiana Medicaid, and they told my parents everything. Which made damn sure I didn’t tell me therapists anything.
