     Sharley’s older brother, Arlong is an ex-Sun Pirate who hates humans. Outraged by the wrongdoings of humans done to Fisher Tiger, Arlong went on a rampage. Arrested by Borsalino, he didn’t escape until the Sun Pirates’s second captain, Jimbei, was granted the title of Warlord, thus freeing him. He then departed from the Sun Pirates and went to the East Blue with a plan to conquer it, starting by making a Sabaody park-esque establishment next to Cocoyashi village. He was thwarted by Luffy, and has been back in prison ever since.
