Thank you for your interest and trust!~.
rough and messy celegorm
"You humans are barely taller than dwarves.."
"And you elves are as tall and lanky as birches."
It's so hard to put them on a drawing together. He's 7 feet and the Haladin are described as small. I think I made Haleth around 5'5 which makes her a tall Haladin woman. But she's still so smoool

TURGON OF GONDOLIN
An illustration style rendition of Turgon for @ignotr, as commissioned in February by @the-other-side-of-mirkwood 🥰 I really enjoyed hyperfixating on this one, especially with the embroidery and general white roses theme, his relative… er, turgidity, and everyone knows I love a good grey streak. Prosthetic fingers from the Helcaraxë years as well! Also @peasant-player pattern making a reappearance on his sash 🥰

TRSB Artist sign-ups still open
On this blessed holiday, I've finally submitted my arts for TRSB 2026.
My friends, gentlest of reminders to get your masterpieces in :D
(AAAAAND, the sign-ups are still open: Here's a nifty link to the mods' post on their page!)
If you're lazing around in the garden on this beautiful weekend, and an idea strikes you, you still have plenty of time to sign up and submit art!
(Which, yes, will be loved very much!)
Join the fun! It's not too late!
Head over to @tolkienrsb or the website for more information!
I'm just an enabler, not an influencer. Don't blame me for having too much fun over the summer if you end up following my siren call!
We’ve been absolutely blown away by the incredible art submissions coming in so far—seriously, the talent in this event never ceases to amaze us.
As we keep things rolling, we’d love to celebrate the full breadth of Tolkien’s world. From the Shire to Gondor, from the depths of Moria to the farthest corners of Middle-earth (and beyond 👀), there are so many stories, characters, and moments waiting to be brought to life.
If you’ve been thinking about submitting—this is your sign. We want to see it all.
círdan is concerned
happy belated @crablorday ! i was so sad i didn’t get any time to do something for the event but i made good time on work and commissions today so enjoy a quick and frankly kind of messy little illustration. if you’re worrying that the implication is that círdan is going to eat crablor, you would be absolutely correct.
thank you for running the event @thescrapwitch (and for your perpetually lovely presence on my dashboard!!!

Carved Antler
@myslashyvalentine gift I wrote for @elentarial
Relationships: Celegorm/Oromë (Tolkien) Characters: Celegorm (Tolkien), Oromë (Tolkien), House of Fëanor Members (Tolkien)
Summary:
Tyelkormo burst out, "I'm not Haruni! I'm not gonna die like her because I am a boy!"
----------
Tyelkormo carves his own identity away from the comparisons of his grandmother Míriel, the nís who famously died and did not return. This is his journey of self-realisation, from the dissatisfaction of the body he was born with and the implications it carries to becoming the nér he wants to be and finding his true self in The Hunt and at Oromë's side.
