Today we were able to perform the surgery on my nephew
But our ordeal isn't over yet. After the surgery, the doctors urgently recommended medication, painkillers, and post-operative care to alleviate his pain and help him recover as best as possible. Unfortunately, the cost of this medication and treatment is around 500 euros, an amount beyond our current means.
Please, this is a young child who cannot bear the pain and cannot tolerate any delay. Every hour that passes without providing his medication means more suffering and pain for him. Israel systematically targets the health of pregnant mothers and infants in Gaza. This is a reality every parent in Gaza knows. It has also been confirmed repeatedly by others. Pediatric healthcare professionals in Gaza have been bravely speaking out about how Israel is currently using restrictions of formula into Gaza to torture and kill Palestinian babies.
My friend Nader recently became an uncle to his newborn baby niece, Masa. Due to the traumatic stress and malnutrition experienced under genocidal conditions, many mothers cannot produce breast-milk. Masa, like tens of thousands of other babies in Gaza, relies on formula to survive. Today, Nader told me that this little girl is in the hospital now due to a severe chest infection. She is only 8 days old. Please help her.

Fadel's project was about creating an integrated system for managing the water desalination plant in Gaza electronically. While Saja's husband Ahmad has been recovering from his recent surgery, he experienced a serious complication.
Saja contacted me recently to tell me that Ahmad has been taken to the hospital because of a urinary catheter that caused a wound to his bladder. He didn't notice because he has no feeling in his lower body. He lost a lot of blood and some people donated blood so he could regain consciousness. Now he needs bladder surgery.
