Soooo yeah as you can tell i REALLY like big poofy dresses, idk why, ive never worn one myself but something about it is just so... nice i guess?
Anyways, as i put quite a few butterfly motifs in the outfit to make it feel more regal and feminine, it also adds a bit of enchantedness to the design. We have one on the skirt and one on the bodice, but the structures on the crown are ALSO meant to look like butterfly wings and the ribbon at the hips also somewhat resembles a butterfly (btw it may not look like it, but under that skirt i made those hips and thighs reeeeally big, as per the norm for me ig at this point)
One of the most notiveable things about my artstyle i think is that A. I dont erase my sketch underneath everything. And B. I ink first THEN color. I do both these things because I think it makes it look more unique and natural as well as allowing it to feel and look more detailed without being super cluttered, kinda like how Hades does a sorta melted look for its details, this works really well because the acryllic markers i use dont fully cover the inks.
The last thing i want to mention is i was experimenting a bit with materials/textures. What i've decided to do is renderinf and shading most things with an analogous color to what im shading. For metals just outline them with a colored glitter pen and i do the same thing for gems but i also include some highlights using a gel marker.
For the leggings i wanted them to be latex and what i decided to do for that is make the shading more dramatic with a significantly darker color and then shading with a black marker ove top of that to somewhat mimic how latex looks. However i think it might've worked better if i made the shadows larger and added highlights as well but that's something i can try out next time ON DRAGONBALL Z!-

Whisper's upper torso is deffo giving a bit of struggle on this one, probably because im not used to drawing a charactee with actual muscles but it does look a biiiit off to me and i cant figure out why
