Iāve been smoking so much weed lately and it makes me eat and I have no self control and it makes me not care if I gain weight but that is horrible because when I get sober I am so fucking regretful so I just donāt eat until Iām high again but this is really sad :(

š¹90 stomach twists on machine (each side)
š¹90 weighted crunches (machine)
š¹45 lower stomach leg lifts
š¹3 sets of 10 weighted lunges
š¹3 sets of 10 weighted squats
š¹200 on the inner leg machine
š¹200 on the outer leg machine
š¹3 sets of 10 pull ups
š¹3 sets of 10 dips

š¹incline 7, 3 sets of 10 over head
š¹incline 4, 3 sets of 10 over head
š¹ flat bench, 3 sets of 10 bench press
š¹ standing, 6 sets of 10 curling
š¹3 sets of 10 butterflies, flat bench
š¹3 sets of 10 tricep curls

š¹run at least a mile on treadmill
AT HOME WORKOUT:
