A variety of posters and clothes are always strewn around the room, the records laying scattered and the room always seemingly in darkness- you can get an idea of Eliseâs taste in music, the type of vibe she wants people to feel when she enter but not one picture of her family or photos with friends.
âIt certainly would add more character to the other various collection of horny boy momentums.â The Bowman had her fair share of guys who thought they could hit on Sasha just because they had a penis. The joy of shutting them down and crushing an ego only to be called a bitch or something of the likes inevitably made her smile. âWell I hope you told that art teacher to fuck off and that their career was rather short.â Sasha would dare for a pompous teacher to say anything like that to her. In a hot minute their career would be over with a quick text to her parents. It was one of the nice luxuries of being a student with parents of great influence of the board. âMy lips are sealed. But Iâm curious to know, how would you be able to help me? What services do you offer?â
Elise chuckled softly, agreeing with the female. âIf there was a spell to get rid of all the horny boys in this school than it would be an all female place.â She answered seriously, how many had she come across today alone and not just the ones she had threatened or slapped. âMy parents arenât exactly the type who listen to my complaints, they tend to just take on the complaints made about me.â She replied with a simple shrug, her relationship with her parents had never really been a close one and she doubted it ever would be. Smirking at Sashaâs questions. âYou need someone beaten up? Done, something lit on fire? Also done. Drugs? Done, anything bad really and Iâm your girl.â
The Bowman couldnât help but chuckle at the raven-haired girlâs comment. She wondered how much trouble she could possibly have gotten herself into when the school year barely begun. To her it was a cry for attention, but the Bowman would not toss her opinions on those she barely knew. âOh like one of those disco balls people hang up on their rearview mirrors, very nice,â she said shutting her locker and turning to look at the girl. âI know who you are. Iâve heard about you and your rebellious streak around here. Iâm Sasha, Sasha Bowman,â she said crossing the way and extending her hand to the girl.
Elise continued to smirk at the female before, flicking her dark locks over her shoulder and shrugging her shoulders. âItâd make a nice accessory to my pussy wagon.â She joked, laughing softly at her own joke- Elise often found herself to be the most amusing person in the room. Doing a fake bow at learning that Sasha knew who she was. âItâs fantastic to know that my reputation does indeed proceed me and that arts teacher had the audacity to once say Iâd be no use to anyone except for my looks.â Clicking her tongue gently and shaking her head sadly. âPleasure to meet you, Sasha. If you could keep this little incident between us, that would be great and Iâll continue myself owing you one- which will surprisingly come in handy one day.â
âďž*¡ďžSMIRKING, AVERY CROSSED her arms over her chest and leaned up against the locker. âOh honey, you did nothing wrong. You just claim self defense. Whenâs your detention? Iâve somehow managed to get myself one as well. Not for punching anyone, but it turns out that filling the principalâs bathroom soap with dye gets you in detention,â she explained. The girl punched quite a few men over the years and only got herself stuck in detention a few of those times. It was safe to say she was good at getting herself out of sticky situations, most of the time at least. Sometimes, she just couldnât come up with a good enough reason. âIf you ever feel like causing trouble, give me a shout.â
Elise let out a small chuckle, sheâd never get detention for punching someone, it always had to be something that was quite large. âApparently sending the the PE teacherâs wife his STI results isnât considered being a caring neighbor.â The last part of sentence being emphasized with her hand gestures, chuckling lowly at that grand memory sitting in the Principals office. âLike, it isnât my fault he got the herps right and dear wife didnât.â Chuckling once more and shaking her head, letting out a small sigh like she was remembering something great from her childhood. âIâm always down for causing a little hell-raising, just no fires okay, that shit almost got me expelled last time.â
âI got a feeling thatâs exactly how you like it, sweetheart,â he answered back, the smirk still on his lips. He leaned against the locker that was next to Eliseâs and watched the poor boy clutch his nose and then get kicked in the shin. âSee, she likes it rough. Told you.â He turned his attention back to the female when Alfred walked away. âYou throw a pretty good punch.â
Elise glanced at him, a small smirk daring to play on her lips but not giving anything else away, teasing Adrian was just far too much fun to not indulge like she always did, she knew that he wanted her but she was going to make him work for it, a lot. âI just donât like assholes who think itâs okay to come up and group someone without their permission.â Elise snapped back, sending another kick to his shin angrily and watching as he finally hobbled away. Turning her attention to Adrian. âWanna find out how good a punch?â
âďž*¡ďžWALKING THROUGH THE hallways, Avery slung her backpack over her back, pulling her hair out from her ponytail. She shook her head, grinning as she knew curls would now cascade down her shoulders and over her backpack. You see, the thing was, Avery knew she was attractive, but she also knew she was feared and it was this combination that made everything worth it. As she watched Alfie slap the girlâs ass, she narrowed her eyebrows and clenched her fists, trying her best not to hit him as well. Noticing the girlâs fist connect with his nose, Avery let out a loud laugh, an incredibly proud laugh. âDamn, girl. Youâve got a good arm and I donât say that lightly. But youâre being too easy on him.â
Elise stepped away from the now groaning Alfie and wiped her bloody knuckle on her skirt as she calmed herself down, taking in a few deep breaths, looking up at Avery and nodding her head. âCanât really afford another detention this early into the semester,â she confessed with a simple shrug. âand he really isnât worth a suspension and a disapproving email from the parentalâs and older brother.â She explained, turning herself away from Alfie, not really caring about the state he was currently in or how much pain and instead focused on Avery. âand thanks, growing up with two brothers, you learn to hit and hard.âÂ
âHow lovely, bloody noses and punches flying and itâs not even ten in the morning yet, nice going Alfie,â she said as she unlocked her locker to grab her physics textbook. Sasha had heard about the infamous Elise that was a miscreant for trouble at Luxor. It amused her to see the girls reaction to her bum being grabbed, rightly so Sasha would have done the same thing, but would have probably aimed for the balls first. âIâd be careful Alfie, itâd be ashamed to end up hospitalized so early in the school year. St. James, you good? I have yet to have my second cup of coffee, but Iâd be happy to lend a hand in ass-kicking.âÂ
Elise waved her hand in the air a few times, ignoring the now stinging sensation, she needed to remain stoic in front of Alfie, make him think that he couldnât get away with it again. âHonestly, Iâm letting him get off easier than I should but thatâs mainly because I canât really afford another detention this week.â She said with a simple shrug, it was only the few weeks back and she had received an already abysmal amount of detention slips. âbut next time I might just cut off his balls and hang them up as warning for any dick who think itâs okay to touch someone without their permission first.â Turning her attention to the female who had come to her aide, slightly. âElise St. James, by the way. Just in case we havenât met before, have trouble remembering the names.â
The Self-Proclaimed King of Luxor Academy had done something that was highly unusual for him when he returned to the school after being away for the whole summer; he didnât make any sort of grand entrance. The boy could always be counted on to make sure it was known that he had returned to the school any time he left for an extended period of time, but in a departure from tradition, there had been no flashy gestures or grand escapades; he had simply come back, without fanfare, and joined the student body like any other student.Â
And yet, by doing nothing at all, Isaac had successfully made his biggest splash yet. He had to smirk to himself when he noticed that people seemed to be watching him keenly wherever he went, clearly awaiting some sign that he was going to pull some dramatic revelation out of his back pocket. The student body was abuzz, wondering what the infamous Isaac King could possibly be up to, and that amused him a great deal.Â
But after a couple weeks of milking this reaction for all it was worth, The King finally delivered on what the people wanted; or at the very least, expected. When everyone entered the dining hall on Saturday morning, it was to find Isaac, clad in full Elvis attire and accompanied by a band, who immediately broke into a musical rendition of I Forgot to Remember to Forget. During the instrumental break, Isaac shook his head in a mockingly somber manner. âAlas, I tried to forget to make a grand entrance this time, but it seems that I forgot to remember to forget! And so, here I am, declaring my love for the Luxor student body in yet another one of my famous grand returns, dedicated to all of you!â Singing the last bits of the song, he grinned and said. âThank ya. Thank ya very much.âÂ
Elise sat back in the cafeteria chair as she examined her chipped black, nail polish- even though it was against school regulation, when had Elise ever been the type to follow along with any of the school rules? Wasnât that why she had an after school detention this afternoon? Though she was sure that getting a detention for calling the teacher a dickhead was getting off easy but Elise always tended to get off easier, especially when she mentioned her fatherâs seemingly endless check writing skills.
Glancing up when she heard the doors open and a few people gasp, she couldnât help but openly roll her eyes at the spectacle before her. Isaac King, why was she not surprised? The male always had to announce his presence whenever he entered somewhere and the most obnoxious way possible. Sheâd been dealing with it for the past three years and was still currently stuck dealing with it, especially as she watched the doe eyed expressions of adoration all around her.
Rolling her eyes once more when Isaac finally finished his performance, waiting until everyone around her stopped clapping before she began her own, slow almost condescending clap as she rose from her seat and ignored the eyes that fell on her. âWow, yet another stellar performance from the King,â she drawled out softly, her voice dripping with sarcasm. âI guess we can only hope that you die on the toilet like her did and soon, so we never have to witness something like that again.â She stated loudly, ignoring the whispers around her as she clapped once more. âNo seriously, whatâs it going to be next to get everyoneâs attention? A full on donkey show? Because I would actually pay to see that happen.â
Adrian shut his locker and headed down the hallway back to his dorm room. He wanted to get his tennis gear and go waste some time. He couldnât have picked a better time because he got to witness Elise connect her fist to a guyâs nose. He stood there for a moment while she snapped angrily at him, a smirk forming on Adrianâs lips. He walked towards her as the guy hurried back. âSheâs a tough gal, she likes it rough,â he told the guy as he passed by him and then looked at Elise, tilting his head slightly to the side. âThanks for the show.âÂ
Narrowing her crystal blue eyes before turning her attention to Adrian. âYou have no idea how I like it, Ponyboy.â She warned gently, wiping her knuckle on her school blouse before leaning over and kicking the male gently in the shin who was still clutching his nose. âGo put some ice on it, Alfred and if you hit my ass again, Iâll make sure I castrate you in your sleep.â She warned in low voice, watching as the other male walked away, muttering under his breath while holding his head back. âFucker deserved it.â Elise replied with a simple shrug.
âI didnât expect that at all. If anything, I expected someone to laugh at how ridiculous it is and how fragile the male ego can be,â she stated with a shrug. âI thought it was a funny story. At least mildly entertaining. Plus the fact that the best attack he had on me was on my looks and my sex appeal says a lot about how he sees women.âÂ
Elise pulled out the lighter once more and shrugged. âI just donât really see the point and itâs kind of a shitty thing to insult his playing abilities, especially since you arenât on the team yourself.â She explained, focusing her attention on the lighter. âLike, for all you know, dude coulda been working his ass off all summer and he has a stranger come up and tell him that his playing was crap, Iâd be pretty pissed too.â Flicking the lighter and running her hand over the flame before flicking it shut. âItâs not cool that he made a comment like that to you, but you just canât go around insulting strangers and not expecting some kind of comeback, itâs not a cool thing to do, especially if you donât know the person. Like I said, dude coula been working his ass off all summer to get better and you just shattered that as a casual observer, not even a coach or a teammate but somebody who comes along and thinks they know better.â
Elijah tries his best to stay out of the trouble that Elise manages to get herself into. Though he is always willing to pull out his checkbook whenever Elise gets herself in a spot of trouble and especially to keep the St. James name out of the social pages, especially if one of three children has messed up... again. Elijah spends most his time at the office, making very little time for any of his children, meaning he doesnât know much about them at all, instead preferring to spend most his time at the office and leaving his wife to deal with the slightly wayward children. Elise tends to avoid her father for the most part, knowing that her father has a harsh temper at times.
Mary St. James (45) Naomi Watts
Poor Mary has received the brunt of Eliseâs anger and frustrations for most of her life. The one who would try her hardest to present a normal family, though the absent father and seemingly angry children tends to make that a little difficult. Mary has always been the one who drives all the children to their meetings, their activities while somehow managing to rule the home and waiting dutifully for her husband to come home. Elise struggles to connect with her mother, never fully understanding why Mary seems so willing to take the brunt of everyoneâs anger and never do anything about it, perhaps itâs the two bottles of wine she has for dinner each evening and the various Valium she pops throughout the day.
Makia St. James (20) Matthew Daddario
Perhaps the most level headed of the three St. James children and currently attending Yale, Makia was the one who introduced Elise to the life of partying and gave her, her first joint though he denies all of these claims, instead stating that his baby sister fell down that rabbit hole by herself. Despite appearing like the one who will be the most successful St. James offspring, most of his mishaps have been covered up- the steroid use in his senior year, getting his Prom date drunk to the point she needed medical attention, the altercation where a rival student broke their arm after falling down the stairs or even the claims that Elise made him of him hitting her various times, their parents always brushing these aside and Elise instead learning to shut-up about any claims made against her elder brother. As the years have passed, Elise has done her best to distance herself from her eldest brother, trying her best to stay away from him completely.
Elijah St, James Jrn. (16) - Elijah Rowen
The youngest of the St. James children and the one who actually appears to have his life planned out. Where Elise was all anger and frustration and Makia was manipulation and lies, Elijah Jrn. has always worked to be the best student, the most honest and the one who will bring pride to the St. James name. Though he has always done his best to try and protest Elise, covering for her when she would stumble home drunk, holding her hair back when she would vomit, Elijah is the one that Elise misses the most though they have drifted apart since Elise began attending boarding school. He already has plans to study at Harvard Law and start his own law firm, perhaps the only family member that Elise is actually proud of, Jrn is the only one that Elise bothers to stay in regular contact with, making sure that everything is okay at home.
Teddy was finally back after the week of being home with his family. While being home was relaxing in some sense- it was worse in others. He grumbled as he pushed the cafe food around his plate. âThis shit sucks.â He said to the person whoâd just sat down at his table. âI mean, nothing tastes good after a week of momâs home cooked meals.â He looked up at the other person. âWhatâre you eating?â He stared at the plate they had.
Elise mainly spent her time eating lunch alone or skipping it entirely and smoking up beneath the bleachers but she had decided to grace the cafeteria with her presence this time around, throwing the apple up in her hand as she walked through before sitting across from the male and biting into the fresh apple happily, arching a brow at his words. âYour mom actually cooks?â She inquired, she was sure sheâd never seen her mother in the kitchen except to pour herself a glass of wine. Biting into the apple and studying it for a moment. âThis is what the ancients call an apple.â She replied with a slight smirk. âApparently it keeps the Doctor away if you eat one a day.â
Elise standing by her locker as she continued to attempt to scroll through her phone, trying to see the various cracks that now resided on the phone, too many shots and not enough stability to walk without dropping something. Slap! Whirling around when she felt the harsh connect with her backside, staring at the male for a moment, before raising her hand and her fist connecting with the males nose. âWhat have I told you about slapping my ass, Alfie!â She snapped angrily, watching as he stumbled back, clutching his nose. âNext time itâll be in the balls too!â
âA football player got mad because I told him that he needs to work harder on the field because he really sucks out there and is probably going to be benched soon. His response was that I am an ugly bitch who will never get laid,â she explained, rolling her eyes since she found it kind of amusing. âI mean, I have had sex before so heâs wrong. How could you call this face ugly?â she asked, making a silly face.
Elise smirked as she played with the lighter carefully, glancing up at Kenzie and shaking her head. âI know you probably expect me to give you a compliment or something, saying how you arenât ugly or whatever,â she said casually before shoving the zippo lighter into her pocket and shrugging. âIâm just wondering why you felt the need to share said story with me.â
