I have to admit, I got painters block for quite a while. (Hence my disappearance.) But I didn't stop creating, I just flipped over to crochet. My biggest project, a sweater, was taking such a long time that I was beginning to feel like there was no end. So I paused to make this little guy. This is my very first cable crochet 😊

Throwback: Toilet World + Update . This is a large landscape fan art piece I made for Joe in June. It’s one of my larger paintings at 18x24" and took me 36 hours to complete. You can find this scene in season 4 episode 4 of Rick and Morty. . Update on the behind the scenes: -In an effort to create a coherent presence for my art business I’ve retaken photos of all of my artworks. Edited and watermarked each one. Then sorted them into files to I can easily locate, download, and upload on all my devices. -I bought my own web domain. It’s 80% programmed and will have a full gallery and interactive bits. This is paused because I need my Etsy store to be functioning at full capacity to finish it. Speaking of… -My Etsy store is mid update. Soon all available artworks will be for sale, as well as hand painted ornaments for the holidays. +More products are in the works. -And, as usual I’m continuing to paint and draw. I am an artist. . Creativity has always been my strongest form of self expression and communication. From childhood to now, I’ve joyfully dedicated as much time and energy as possible into honing my talents and skills. In April I turned my attention to art 100%. In the last 8 months I have created over 40 artworks! Which feels amazing. I want my work to spread peace and joy. . But it would also help if it could pay the bills. So now it’s time to dedicate my time to setting up the business side of my art properly. It’s going to take time. I have to spin quite the intricate web.
