My coworker keeps calling me "Skinny Minnie."
"That's your new nickname." She says.
I'm still "obese" according to the BMI chart. 3 more pounds and I'll be out of that category.

Last night at our weekly bowling match, my bowling team told me this:
Him: "I have to tell you, I saw something out of the corner of my eye and in my head I thought, "damn, who is THAT?!" and then I realized it was you walking back over here."
Teammate: "Wow, I didn't realize that was you for a second!" after walking up from behind.
I guess they all can see a difference, so much so that my fiance may have ignited a newfound attraction to me.
Talk about motivation :)
30lbs down! My next goal to beat is to fit back into these size 8 jeans, that I bought in 2011, a year before my fiance and I started dating. I began this journey in November 2017 at a size 14-16. My current jeans are now too big and slide off my hips, but I don’t want to go out and buy more. Hoping a few more weeks of hard work will get me back into this pair. 💪
I got home from an Eagles party last night and was able to slip my jeans off without unbuttoning or unzipping them.
Progress!
I'm sticking to my goal of 1200 calories every day but I'm not satisfied with this progress. I'm at my "thinnest" weight in 3 years but I'm not fucking happy bc I'm still over 180lbs.
I just want to be 130 like I was in high school.
A lil bit of back progress. Just under 1 month and 16ish pounds between the two photos. Still a heck of a long way to go, but at least I can see some change.
I feel like I'm eating a lot, but My Fitness Pal keeps saying I'm "Not eating enough" and don't update my food diary or give me projections.
I don't know what progress is.

12.30.2017. 5-year anniversary dinner. 198lbs, size 10 dress but clearly stretchy.
Looking forward to wearing this dress minus another 20-30lbs.
Fasting
How long is too long to fast? When should I break the fast in the morning for the best weight loss results long term?
Example: I eat late dinners, around 8pm. No dessert. I rarely every eat breakfast. Should I aim for noon for my next meal? 3pm? As always I drink plenty of water.
